I ordered the dark spot & some vitamin e oil back in August its now September still haven't received anything the tracking number is not right with usps if i don't receive my orders i will never order from them again & thats a promise
This company is a scam!!!!!! Do not order anything from them, I repeat, do not order anything from them!!!!! They send you A fake tracking number. These responses from the company are fake as well. They never get back to you. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to see what can be done about shutting their website down, and I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company for them to reverse the charges. I did not realize they did not have a customer service number until after I ordered. People do not order from a company that does not have a customer service number I learned my lesson the hard way. This company says they were based out of Illinois when they are truly based out of China. A bunch of Chinese scammers stealing from Americans. Spread the word and let everyone know that they are a illegitimate company that does not have any goods to send you they they just take your money.
This website is a complete scan based out of China. They make up fake tracking numbers for Usps. When you click on the tracking info it says status not found. I order an item on the 20th of oct and still haven’t received. I called my bank for a dispute. On top of that, they have that the site is based out of Illinois when you go to the website, but they ship from China. It’s a FRAUD!!! Don’t order here! BEWARE!

I love this mascara. It’s the best I’ve used. People comment all the time how full and natural my lashes look. I live in California and have received the four shipments I’ve ordered within 3-4 weeks each time. I really want to order more but the website is still down. I’ve emailed support@omgspark and haven’t heard back. I hope they’re back online soon!.

Okay, so obviously whomever is responding to these reviews has nothing to do with the company itself. I can't tell you HOW many e-mails I've written to the company since submitting an order back in NOVEMBER. It's now MARCH and I STILL haven't received any sort of tracking information, no product and NO refund. I have submitted a complaint through Facebook since that's where their store was advertised and their website has "mysteriously" been shut down. Absolutely shameful "business" and I hope they all rot in the furthest depths of the abyss for their unreasonable and obvious SCAM practices. DO NOT BUY!! If anyone would like to also view the tracking information provided.. You'll notice that it is currently March 10 and my tracking information has shown no updates or movement since January 1. Called USPS in regards to this and have been told that it's been sent back to the sender for some reason. Sooo... STILL no refund.. STILL no product.. STILL no helpful responses from the company. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Scam scam scam, this is my 3rd review and always get a response to contact customer service which is more bull**it, it’s a total scam and now is being offered under a different name “make goodies”. I really wish the scratch repair was legit because I could use it but I will bash this company until I get my product or a reimbursement.... please don’t respond by telling me to contact customer service again, I just want to let everyone know your no good!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered and paid for my purchase before Christmas, it has been 3 months, still no sign of the goods. Only got one email from them. This is very disappointing and unacceptable! I wish I read all the review before I made the purchase. It was advertised via Facebook, shall I inform facebook this is a scam company, so less people will fall into the same scam? If there was any option lower than 1 star I would choose that , I contacted them about a return for product that messed up my face they offered me return or keep the product for half price since I had surgery at that time I can’t drive I asked them for half off which I never got then I emailed them a couple of times but I never got a response they r total rip off , I despute the transaction with PayPal and sent the items back now their not refunding my money

After my initial review, OMG responded to say that they had replied to my message regarding undelivered order. Was advised it would be in Spam or Junk folders. Quelled surprise....no email to be found! I have now requested a full refund is issued and if not received then I will take appropriate legal action!

OMG! Spark obviously a scam. Website no longer available, no tracking of item, no replies to several emails and surprise surprise, no item delivered. I have escalated my complaint with Paypal today and hopefully will get a refund. And don't we all just love the generic email "reply" to all of these complaints? I will no doubt get mine shortly. Seriously they should get 0 stars!

I ordered 3 sets on 10/18/18 and got them by 11/5/18. In the confirmation email, it says 2-4 weeks for delivery. I was thinking of ordering more but since the website is down and with the negative reviews, I'm not surr what to think. I'm very happy with the 3 sets I received.

Scam. Order was never received, gave generic tracking number that never said anything other thAn enroute. Would not respond to emails I did email customer service and never got a response!!

I don't have a choice but to rate 1 star, these people are scammer and fraud. I have never experience like this before in my life. Not that I have never received the items that I order in November last year, but I have not heard anything back from them, not even a response after 2 emails I've sent. So angry & disappointed. Received email October 16, 2018 that my order was on its way. It is now January 27, 2019 as I write this. No product delivered. I have emailed multiple times, and no response and now all websites have been taken down. Was given a tracking number but when I looked it up it was never in the system. Ordered something on December 14th 2018. Received an email with a link to track my order 3 days later. Checked it and was working on that day and a few days later. Yesterday checked again since I hadn't received anything yet and both the tracking link and their website are not working. 404 error... Sent them an email and of course no reply. Wasted 17usd on a scam. Be careful and avoid them at all costs.
