Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered and paid for my purchase before Christmas, it has been 3 months, still no sign of the goods. Only got one email from them. This is very disappointing and unacceptable! I wish I read all the review before I made the purchase. It was advertised via Facebook, shall I inform facebook this is a scam company, so less people will fall into the same scam? Review update: I have followed your suggestion to ask for a refund via the email address that you provided. But never got any reply from anyone. It has been almost half year since the purchase. Can anyone from your company get back to me?
