I see many negative reviews here. To be honest I didnt check the reviews before I made my purchase and when I did I became worried. I didnt need to be. I received my Hair Styler before it was expected. The product is exactly as described, so no complaints here.

Its been over 5 weeks and i have not received what i purchased. I purchased 5 items. Received 1 package after a week with 1 item. The envelope stated there were 2 items in package but there was only 1. I emailed the company and 4 weeks later still no response. Never purchase from this company again

It's been over 3 weeks and I have no news on my order. The money has been debited to my account. No replies received from their support team either. I will report them. I Received a reply to this comment from OMG Spark on 19 Oct stating that my order will be received in the next 4 days. Its exactly 10 days and still no news on my order. Are you guys serious! Update: Now I have received part of my order yesterday (30 Oct) which is the Zerosmoke magnets. What about the antisnore? Update : So finally everything received although in two different delivery days. Took around 40 days for the order to arrive, no complaints about that, but someone could have at least updated me about it over email. Pleased with the product though, yet to see if it actually works. However their customer service team is almost non existent. Don't expect a reply.

I purchased the laser pen on 8/20/18 and have yet to receive my purchase. I have reached out to customer service more than 3 times and no one has gotten back with me. There’s not even a phone number to try and reach them. His is the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will be reporting them to thre Better Business Bureau! You don’t steal people’s hard earned money.
