One product was awful and left my hair looking like a broom. They also don’t let you return it if you’ve used the product. The second never arrived after almost 4 months of placing the order.

If I could give zero stars I would, emailed support@omgspark. com and they said I could get a refund so sent product back with tracking and ofcourse no one answers the door ! Emailed back to support@omgspark. com three times and you guessed it no response. Sent a message on facebook and only reply was to send an email to the email address I had no reply from. No phone number so i'm now out of £20 I paid for my product plus the £9 tracking information telling me no one is answering the door ! Thank you very much you bunch of scammers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the dryer lint cleaner. I was unsure about this product at first but after putting it through my dryer vent, it sucked up an insane amount of lint that was stored in there.

I ordered the spray away hair removal product from them. I left a review on their website, though I doubt it'll post. Here is what I said in it- "Know what you are buying. Read the disclaimers and the policies. It is an aerosol like the picture shows, not a spray like the video. It was difficult to spray on and not get elsewhere as it was a very powerful aerosol. It worked ok on my legs. Felt smooth where the hair actually came off, and it didn't burn like some creams have done to me. Just felt warm while it was on. When I tried it on my armpits, it didn't even stay on because it was too liquidy. So it had no effect. I decided it wasn't worth the money I paid. Thought their money back guarantee would apply. When I emailed them, the reply was simply with two options (and no apology for being unhappy with their product). The two options were to return it UNUSED or get 50% back. So the guarantee only applies to unused product. Don't know how they can guarantee anything if you can't even try it before you return it. Also worth mentioning is that it took over a month to get to me." I also forgot to mention that the product looked like the label had been through Google translate or something. The directions didn't make sense and were contradicting. From this and a couple other Facebook Ad purchases, I have finally learned just never to purchase from Facebook ads lol.
This company is a Scam. They shipped me an item after 3 weeks that does not work and refuse my request for an RMA and refund. Yet they have a 45 day return guarantee. We need to put these people out of business. Order # 107534A There is an active claim on PayPal for a refund. I will also be reporting this website to other agencies. You people are crooks as evidenced by so many negative posts.

The mascara takes about a month to arrive but when the company sends you an Email confirming your order it says -if you scroll down- that delivery could take as long as four to five weeks. The actual product worked really well on my lashes, which are on the thin side. I got more volume and length than with any other brand I’ve tried before. The more coats you put on the more dramatic the result is. My only complaint is that I can go through it pretty fast It also seems like once you’ve used the product for a couple weeks it takes a little more effort to achieve the same results. I’m not sure if it’s because there is less product or if this is something that happens with too much exposure to air but all in all I am satisfied and will continue to buy it.

Placed my order back in September it is now November 7th. I have not received my order and the tracking number they gave me is showing up with no information available.
