Ordered the silk fiber mascara. Have tried it 5 times now thinking I would get better at applying it. No matter how you do it, its messy and very unnatural looking. Will not order again. Looks nothing like they advertise. Don't waste your time or money.

Bought the silk fiber mascara along with the cat eyes mascara. The silk fiber had no English instructions. I tried doing the mascara first then the fibers and vice versa. Both failed. Just fibers everywhere, including inside your eyes as they dangle from your lashes and when u open your eyes they can obviously end up inside. Ugh! I emailed them, no response. Reached out to their FB account and was told to email their support. I told them I did and have not heard back. Guess what, that FB account did not respond anymore either. Here’s my order # 69780a. I just want my money back and they can take these items off my hands and my eyes.

Ordered an anti-smoking magnet and it came fairly quick. However, after a week of using it, I mistakenly lost it. I emailed the Support Team and they were nice enough to reship me a new one, free of charge. I am very thankful for the customer service and just wanted to leave a good review here because this gadget has really helped me out - haven't touched a cigarette since! :)
Good product - Initially questionable customer service
Received my Silicone Padded Forefoot Insoles at the end of April. Wore them for the first time recently and, although they were extremely comfortable and prevented blisters on the balls of my feet (something I suffer from regularly), the right insole has already split at the toe post.
I was intending on buying more pairs, as they really do the job of preventing blisters, but at $15.30 for the pair, I expected them to be long lasting, not just last for one good walk!
Contacted customer services explaing the issue and sent photo of fault. They just quote the 45 day return policy and say they won’t replace or refund. I have asked them to reconsider a replacement as the product obviously has a manufacturing fault.
I’ll amend my review if they redeem themselves.
UPDATE: grateful for their reply - have again contacted them - I await a replacement. I'll then amend/update further.
Further update: have now received a replacement insole, free of charge. I am hopeful this will prove longer lasting. Thank you OMG! Spark for making things right :-)

Product (mascara) worth around £20 never arrived, emailed customer services twice re tracking info, contacted on FB but never received a reply. Update: the product arrived 6 weeks after the order was placed. I still never had any reply to my emails to customer service. The product itself is satisfactory but certainly does not achieve the same effect like in the advertising videos.
