I placed an order for like ten or maybe more items and two of the items had no stock in the warehouse. I wasn't too stressed with this, while disappointing mistakes happen and I was willing to wait.
The problem really occurred with one of the items. I ordered a random assortment of an item and what I received was nothing like what was pictured. So, after contacting them and they said they would investigate it. A month later I had to contact them again because no one contacted me again.
When explaining the problem again, even they acknowledged the picture was wrong and severely misleading they weren't willing to do much about my problem. They were willing to give me a small token discount after a couple emails. The item I received looks nothing like the item pictured and I do not like or want what I received. So, a small token discount wasn't good enough but, that was my only option.
They said they would fix the picture but, not give me a refund or replacement or a return or even anything more than a small discount. It really bothered me that they acknowledge the problem with the picture (as why fix the picture if there was no problem?) but, didn't care I received the wrong item as a result or do much to fix it.
I think most of the time Pandahall is fine and will send your items but, if anything goes wrong I wouldn't expect them to care or fix the problem. I even had to wait a month for another response after they said they were looking into it and were clearly doing nothing.
I won't be buying anything from them again which is disappointing as I liked many of the items. I just can't trust them that if something goes wrong and they see the problem, they are likely to still will choose not to fix it. Sorry this was so long.
I ordered around 400 USD from Pandahall with items that promised 3 processing days. It took almost a week to pack everything and when I messaged them to send the order they made it seem like it was my fault? If you don’t have an item you should message me so I know that I can at least get my other orders on time. This is ridiculous and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
I was scared at first because most products come from china and it was my first time. I had an over all good experience EXCEPT that everything is rapped in like 3 layers of plastic. I was feeling guilty while opening
I've ordered several strands of natural stone beads from Pandahall and have been fairly pleased with them. However sometimes they are a little smaller than advertised. But the colour and types have been as advertised, and none have arrived broken.
If there was a zero I would mark it . Do not order from them . You don’t know what color you will get . I ordered black they sent a teal color and claim that’s a good color on the color board . My white I bought some came broke . They are not compinsating for their error .

I only put one star as there is no zero. Worst company cannot trust. False advertise product then do not refund or exchange. Most items broken and faulty. Some items had missing beads. Has been a month trying to resolve and they are very rude. Will not even forward my complaint to manager to resolve.
Now they are not responding after they promised to refund. Then they keep changing their responses. And not responding at all. . Please do not get caught up in this scam of a business
I am in process of reporting to all consumer law corporations for failure to comply with consumer laws.
Their website was confusing for me. After checking my cart, I went to checkout and I clicked "Georgia" because I live in the United States. I included my 5 digit zip code, and US shipping popped up.
Three weeks later, I still hadn't seen anything in the mail (and the shipping said 15-20 days) so I contacted them.
I checked my order, and had realized it was sent to the COUNTRY Georgia, and not the state. Someone in the country Georgia has my order of beads. I spent $32 on beads that never came to me.
They told me that they weren't to blame and that it was my fault and 'good luck next time you order.' Their website shouldn't have offered US shipping to the country Georgia, which has FOUR DIGIT ZIP CODES.
They offered me a $10 coupon. Nope.
I asked for at least half of the order ($16) and they said to look in my coupon tab.
I HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER $50 TO EVEN GET THE $16 COUPON. HELL NO.
I'll edit once my complaint to them has been resolved.
As of now, if you order from them, MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS RIGHT, otherwise, you'll be screwed when someone receives your order of beads in another country.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE, SCAM, CRAP COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! I went on this site to take a look at the pendants they had and I thought that it seemed very nice and had good prices. I left the website without purchasing anything because I found another site that has gorgeous pendants for cheaper. I was lucky enough to lok at my visa transactions in time to notice that PandaHall CHARGED ME OVER $100!! I never ordered or even put my information anywhere and somehow they got my info and charged me; UNAUTHORIZED. I sent an email to them as well hoping they may be better than that and to correct the issue but they never responded. HORRIBLE PEOPLE... CRAP COMPANY.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY DID AND USE A SITE THAT IT MORE TRUSTWORTHY. (I have noticed with some reviews that other people have experienced similar things as well..)
I have been ordering with Pandahall for a year, and have spent very good money here. I was very disappointed that the "random mix" items I purchased was not what I ordered, they were no help at all. I literally paid $20 for the items, and almost $20 for shipping.
I will still buy from here, but not as loyal anymore.

The Pandahall give HUGE, I actually mean vast catalog free that I subscribe to & look at before even I order online. The Pandahall is user friendly and simple to order website from. There beads are listed as per the category and item number. I suggest Pandahall to everybody looking for the wide range of the beads that are very unique at the best rate.
Meh. Pandahall is okay I guess. I have a little one who just got to fourth grade. I purchased beads from them to make bracelets for her to give her classmates last Christmas for polyana (Im a mama on a budget) and I felt like the product could have been sort of better. I ordered a few sets of porcelain beads in different colors and felt like the colors were slightly different than in the pictures. Not to be a prick about it, but like sort of a few shades off. I bought what appeared to be brownish red beads but when they arrived they looked more red than brown. Not fire engine red but too red to be reddish brown. This bothered me. I have to take a star away because of that. Quick delivery was a plus. Would I repurchase from them? Sure theyre cheap an get the job done.
