Dear Lori, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that you received the wrong item and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. This is certainly not the service we strive to provide. To help us resolve this issue as quickly as possible, could you please provide us with some specific details? If you could share any detailed payment confirmation, such as an invoice or receipt—including the transaction date, amount, merchant name, and transaction ID—that would greatly assist us in locating your order before we can assist you further. Our customer service team will reach out to you shortly to follow up on your case, and we’re here to ensure you get the support you need. Thank you once again for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Rickey.Z

Hello Adelaide, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t go as planned. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong item, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. After thoroughly reviewing your order, we discovered that there was indeed an error on our end – you should have received a matching dress, not a sweater. We’ve taken this feedback seriously and have shared it with the relevant team to prevent this from happening again. Since this mistake is really on us, we’ll be sending you the dress you originally ordered at no extra cost. Our customer service team will reach out soon to keep you updated every step of the way and will be arranging this for you. Your satisfaction and happiness truly matter, and we will definitely be here to make it right. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. Best regards, Rickey.Z
