I was actually gifted clothes for my daughter from this brand. It has put up with her toddler crazyness and plenty of washes. Her entire toddlehood she used this brand and only was she super stylish she was also very comfortable and was able to have fun. The quality is really surprisingly good!

The company lies about their claims of free full refunds within 30 days. I have been back and forth with customer service and they make you jump through hoops. They still have not given me approval and return directions. Yes! You have to “request” and receive approval to process the return of children’s clothes from china that are too big.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. This is not the experience we want for our customers. PatPat offers a 30-day return policy, and we’re committed to helping resolve return requests as quickly as possible. Excellent 5⭐ customer service. We ordered a matching outfit for the whole family, only the men dress was not the right size so we ordered another and in the end they refund the first kit and told us to keep it for free.

So far I have liked everything I’ve gotten from PatPat. The recent outfits will be fantastic for family matching photos! The only hard part is that some of their styles are almost limited editions so get multiple sizes if you have little so you can match them longer.

I’ve been a loyal PatPat customer for at least 5 years and I own pretty much almost every single matching mother-daughter outfit that is on their website. I have donated so many bags of each set that my daughter has outgrown so I can keep buying new ones as she gets older. I would be considered a PatPat addict, if I had extra money to spend.

It means the world to us that you love our matching outfits so much. We’ll keep working hard to bring you even more styles you’ll love as she grows—thank you for being part of the PatPat family! 😊

This is where I buy our family matching outfit for almost 2 or 3 years I think. Easy to order, quick shipping, quality clothing and fun styles for all Season and occasion. My only request is for them to add sizes 10-12 and 12-14 on boys’ family matching (biggest size for boys is usually is 8-9)
Thank you so much for your support over the past few years! 💛 We’re thrilled to hear you enjoy our easy ordering, fast shipping, and fun, quality styles. Great news — we’ve expanded our boys’ family matching sizes to include 10-12 and 12-14! Feel free to check them out for your next order. 😊
I’ve ordered a few things - some were okay and cute for a matching photo - however some were so awful and felt and looked like a shower curtain. Due to their expensive returns I most likely will not be ordering from them again - they need to catch up with the world and offer a cheaper and easier way to do returns like so many other companies out there. Aside from that if you are looking for an easy family matching outfit this place offers that.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and the unpleasant shopping experience. PatPat offers a 30-day return policy, and if the issue is due to our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] , and our team will be happy to review your case and help resolve the issue for you.
