The issue of uncooked rotis was resolved within half an hour of sending the video of making uncooked rotis. The response was just great. There is a suggestion though: if possible please increase the size limit of the video as everyone cannot compress and clip the video to bring it under 100 mb

Nomar is very helpful and understanding. Knows his stuff. Have good patience. He was unable to help in few areas like Warranty not accessible through app., Many menu items (like Bhakri) are not available to be exercised due to recipe not available in s/w. Could not give firm commitment, as to when it will be available.

We had an issue with the flour sensor and the online app chat help was on point and Daryl our customer support agent via chat was very helpful and remotely fixed the sensor and got us on our way in under 30 mins !! Heard horror stories about customer support with Rotimatic but very happy to report that it’s a great experience - thanks Daryl !!
