Back in 2024, I have registered a brand new domain with Shinjiru. Within 48 hrs, it was added to the DBL blocklist by Spamhaus !! As soon as I become aware of this problem I have started to research the issue immediately. Spamhaus explicitly stated that my domain is hosted by a non-transparent provider, hence the reason for the blacklisting. I have contacted Shinjiru multiple times about the issue, never received a reasonable explanation or solution. After a while, Shinjiru team decided to simply terminate my hosting service, due to a "violation of their terms of use" and "alleged phishing activities". I did nothing wrong. Never used the domain name for any illicit online activity. I have lost some time, as well as some money due to their totally careless behavior. Stay away from these guys.

They do not care what they host and will get your domains BLACKLISTED.
This company are based on nothing but lies lies lies.

I have been facing a lot of issues after one week of usin their hosting service, my website was doing good until it started bugging a lot, their support doesn't help
Please avoid at all costs, your website is going downhill once you start using their services, they host a lot of malicious sites, and this hurts your site, since you're sharing the same IP, and this takes us to my second point: BLACKLISTED IP's, yes they offer those exclusively to their new members lol!
Please if you're serious about your business, avoid them!! you won't get no answers either from their 'support'
Here is the review you wrongfully got removed so in addition to what i said below, also keep in mind they like to try and wrongfully remove bad reviews
so a friend and I used shinjiru hosting ..
never again they have slow servers, customer service is non-existent constantly blaming the user for problems
only with shinjiru have i faced costant 503 errors constant 403 errors and been unable to use services like the webdisk FTP and even the site itself costing us money and customers
other providers I have used have given me zero problems and all worked exactly as intended but with these guys its problem after problem a massive pain and not worth it
I’m not sure about them. I have a server and the support is rather slow in responding and confusing sometimes because of email and tickets overload.
I be been a customer for about 1 year and to be honest I never bothered to check around for others until recently.
I also registered two domain names with them which I never took possession of … allegedly blocked by register. I didn’t receive any notice until my query and no refund or credit was offered.

Good hosting company with plenty of different plans. You can always choose that fits best for you. I am with them for more than 5 years and if I have any issue they always help fix everything. Best support with fast response.
I want to register a domain but I can only register the domain if I buy a hosting plan I think this is absurd I already have hosting I just need to register the domain I hope this company changes the way it sells its services

not what I was expecting from an 'offshore' hosting, my site was down most of the time, I also lost my 6 months SEO work because of their ips and slow servers.
Bad hosting for business, I stamp what the other users say about shinjiru, slow servers, bad support (your site is down and no one is there to assist), they also try their best to blame the client for issues, but when I saw that they provide their clients with blacklisted IPs that's when I said enough, BAD HOSTING FOR BUSINESS, THAT'S ALL i HAVE TO SAY

One of the worst offshore hosting providers, they push you to but their VPS, I have a developer and every time we got an issue they would tell me exactly what shinjiru is doing, they lower the server performance, so you go ahead and buy VPS plan, they blame this on your site/traffic, if you're not tech savvy you might believe it but trust me they do this so you can buy a more expensive plan, devious.
Please be aware with shared Hosting plan, the IP is shared as well, when it's blacklisted your site will go down the hill, and they will not change it, all the SEO you worked hard for will be gone, PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They have a strongbolt server shared hosting, it even has litespeed, but it can not handle anymore, they closed down my former website, but i was with them for a long time, but things are not working anymore.
