Shinjiru was a terrible experience. As soon as they received a deliberate complaint from one of my competitors, they suspended the account, and there was no way to get access, or even explain to them the competitors actions. Avoid. With this host, your site and your content is in danger of being removed at all time, with no notice.

I have been with Shinjiru for about a year. So far a very good experience. With a recent problem i was helped very well by Anas from the Shared Hosting team.
Support is not what is used to be. My website is having so many issue lately. It takes over an hour just to get the URL for Cpanel. I can't log in because the quick link is broken. I tried resetting my password from the panel and it doesn't work. I asked for the URL and can't get a freaking response. I'm sitting here waiting with no options.
BEWARE !!! Their VPS is not managed and they are hiding this info. I purchase and found this after that. Support did not cooperate. Even cancelation caused my more than 50% loss and waste of time of many days.

Domain gets flagged by spamhaus! They removed my website from their DNS Server because they say it was listed on spamhaus. Very strange! So I moved the website to cloudflare, investigated and could not find any reason for this. I contacted spamhaus and removed the domain from Blocklist because it was flagged without any valid reason. After this I moved the website back to shinjiru and it was again flagged within 48 hours. CLEAR SIGHT THIS IS A PROBLEM FROM shinjiru Do not host here, your website will be flagged immediately! They will shamelessly disconnect your website and deny that this is their fault!
