I have a cage for my z50ii and it works very well. I bought another thru amazon for my new Z8. When it arrived it wasn’t a smallrig cage 😠. Amazon had duped me. I returned it and went direct thru SmallRig it arrived last week. FedEx were annoying that they needed signature. But it finally arrived and its so much better than the impostor. Would recommend anything from SmallRig

The expansion adaptor cage for the osmo pocket 4 is of exceptional quality as is the mini side handles, these provide that bit of extra stability, while not impeding the ease of use. I found the updating of order and delivery information sadly lacking. I ordered the goods on the 31.05.26 and after pushing for information on the transit state of the purchase on the 11.06.26. The goods arrived by rushed delivery on the 15.06.26. It took a total of 10 working days from order to receiving the goods. But the quality of the products made it worth it.

I’m leaving one star not for the quality of the product, but for the quality of the service. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from their direct website. There is no communication emails apart from the order email and they look weird too. They don’t follow up with an updates on your order and it takes them forever to even prepare your order.
Ordered two same items - from small rig website and from wex. Wex delivered next day, even though they don’t promise next day delivery, small rig didn’t even send me an update. Still waiting on my order.
If you can avoid ordering directly from them - do it.

I'm very happy with the Carbon Fiber Video Monopod. It's a whole lot easier than a tripod to grab, go and set up. Most of the time I don't really need a full-on tripod; it's more important to be set up in the right place at the right time. This monopod is quick, stable and versatile. My rig is moderate-sized: Lumix S5IIX w/cage, monitor, mic. and 99Wh battery. The fluid head is perfect for me. Counterbalance is just right. Pan and tilt are smooth. Build quality seems solid. Overall it's a well thought out piece of equipment.
My monopod arrived on time and well packaged. Everything worked right out of the box.

I had to pay unexpected duties and freight to the tune of $27 upon delivery duties charges and fees should be part of the checkout experience so it’s not a surprise that was another almost 30% additional cost on the goods I wouldn’t have made the purchase if I known it was that expensive this was quite disappointing

Think you can’t do a magazine shoot with mini LEDs? I just did two!
I didn’t expect the product would be so good but, remarkably, three Smallrig lights saved me setting up a full studio and the result is two magazine photo shoots completed successfully and two happy clients who would never believe I shot their products in miniature! Remarkable kit, well thought out, well made and with fast delivery as well. Very pleased!
