I waited weeks for my order spent multiple days waiting for it to turn up making sure I could be at home. Just to be told on the day it has been delayed again and again. Customer support is none existent and Amazon are as useless as ever at chasing any answers from the seller

Horrible customer service. They use AI. They need up to 48h to review cancelled order for refund. It is a lie though. Still no response on day 5. Estimated shipping of item 4 weeks... if you don't have anything in stock, remove it from website.

Very disappointing experience. Order #260822215442984617 was placed weeks ago and still has not shipped. I was told the item was out of stock and would be available within 2–4 weeks, but it is now available in the U.S., including at B&H, while my order is still waiting. Customer service has not provided a specific shipping date. I expected much better service when ordering directly from SmallRig.
