My item stood for 3 days in your deposit before sending it. When I contacted the Customer Support they said the item was shipped but the DPD courier is slow. I contacted DPD and they confirmed that you, SmallRig, didn't dispatched the item.
I have asked to cancel my order - the answer was: not possible.
I have asked to send the item via DHL Air - the answer was: not possible.
Even though I paid for the transportation you did not allow me to choose the transportation mode.
Thus, for a week I didn't know when or where is my item that I paid for....

Great L bracket. It's well designed with a nice finish. The hinged bracket that allows easy access to the battery is a clever idea.

Good buying experience, but order arrived missing key items
I've purchased SmallRig products through third-party retailers before, but this was my first time ordering directly from SmallRig.com. The purchasing process was seamless, and the shipment arrived relatively quickly.
However, out of the three items ordered (the 3646B Teleprompter, 12" 15mm carbon fiber rods, and a baseplate), the rods were missing from the package. Because the rods are required to mount the teleprompter and baseplate together, the rest of the gear is currently unusable until customer support can resolve this and send the missing parts.

Bad experience. The half-case and the leather case are compact and well-proportioned, but the quality is frankly poor for the price. The case’s strap is very thin and has no leather lining: level zero of competences regarding craftsmanship. The metal piece inside the leather panel to the left of the lens is so thin that it arrived warped and doesn’t fit to the shape of the camera. It’s clear that cost-cutting was a major priority when it came to materials. The two products are supposed to be used together, but SmallRig didn’t work on the design well enough, forcing users to use two straps for a single camera.

Good quality but do not expect the delivery time as promised. 3-7days is a total mislead, communication was very slow to the point I thought they were not legit. Then suddenly I got a reply and things started happening. I am happy with the quality but again, if you are in a hurry, pay more elsewhere.

Small rig really dropped the ball on my order. They shipped me a wrong part. when I contacted them. They shipped another correct unit but it days away from delivery. I purposely ordered it well ahead of time so I could have it for a job that I needed it for. very disappointed with the customer service they could’ve overnighted the unit that I ordered.

My new cage for the Sony A7R6 fits well. It's good for saving your camera from damage, besides all the tools you have as a photographer and videographer. I can recommend it for hobby and professional photographers.

The mushroom light is fantastic and the accessories are great as well. The clamp is strong and will attach to most anything. The stake is handy when you shoot down low and the barn door is great for directing light. A well made very useful product at an affordable price. I’m going to need a second set, I like it that much. Highly recommended.
