I orderd some clothes and im very facinated from the quality based in the price ratio

Very good experience

I used this service to purchase from the chinese Xianyu platform,i had no issues with the service they offer. The first purchase was made quite fast, within 1 hour of submitting the order as the fast processing additional service was bought, quite useful to secure good or rare deals. The second one was processed within acceptable times because extra communication was needed with the seller. I think it showcases the quality of the service they offer. I contacted the agents a few times too regarding some concerns and i received a reply within 24 hours every time. I used their shipping expert service and asked for appropriate packaging for my items, the items were indeed properly packaged,i chose their DHL Duty Free shipping method to Italy and the delivery was exactly within the timeframe given on the website. Overrall recommended and will use again

Superbuy has been my Chinese proxy service for years, after buying from it I could not step back! Customer service is so nice and the website is so easy to use along with the app. It's the best App out there compared to every other one I have ever tried! Love it so much!

Very easy to use and good prices

fast

fast, cheapest agent

Great and quick shipping

Great and quick shipping , no hassle , great and quick customer service using the bot or getting real people to answer your questions . Always polite and receiving free pictures of my items when stored in the warehouse is a game changer . Shipping is also cheaper than what it should be in my opinion , overall a very great agent would reccommend to anybody and everybody .

very poor service

They listen very well to my concerns

They listen very well to my concerns, the shipping is fast, if it’s one thing I’d change it’s the time it takes for an item to be actually purchased taking in consideration the amount of fees we pay sometimes it’s the 40% of an item. Apart from that they work really well, ship fast and answer questions :)

Good

Took a bit long to arrive but good product shipping cheap and very good service

Great Service and great App Overall

Great Service and great App Overall. Great Support Team and really helpful. They explain everything as simple and clear as possible. The only negative things are the long response times and the fact you only get 2-3 pictures as QC which aren't clear most of the time

Really good agent app

Honestly a really good shipping agent app, i have been using superbuy for some time now.. the shipping time is pretty fast, the shipping price is good as well, bunch of rewards and coupons to get and save up money
