Customer service is great

Customer service is great, I love the option to tip and easy to use interface. Image quality on some pictures are not the best on some products. Overall I love using super buy for taobao

SuperBuy Recommendation

SuperBuy was recommended to me by family members and I was skeptical at first, but when I visited the website the amount of insane deals and style I found made me shocked. Although I was overwhelmed by the shipping process, every order I had worked out well.

Replacement after hagobuy trust is there they need more quailty of life features for example showing pics of items in purchase section

Bit of a learning curve using it but once you got it figured out it’s straightforward shopping. Look forward to receiving one on my hauls

Topping up

Topping up credits your account almost instantly!

The buying experience works great but the parcel consolidation experience is very unpleasant. Often, items are weighted and measured with the shipping box they came in to the warehouse, even when explicitly requesting Superbuy to not do it when asked about it, which results on mispredictions of the shipping cost estimates and delays due to having to submit a complain for them to fix this.

Good

Orders are placed quickly, normally good at communicating with sellers. I had some issues in the past with defective items.

Overall Superbuy is a good platform to use for purchasing from China’s platforms. The services and value added services are affordable. Most staff are generally great! The shipping price however, can be very surprising sometimes, very hefty. Their website can be confusing to use though. Also at risk of having a staff misunderstand your instructions when consolidating packages and they threw out all product packaging. Very sad about it because they were all collectibles and I paid extra for having complete packagings. Superbuy only offered 50cny for their mistake.

Very Reliable!

Best service available Should improve xianyu skills (negotiation, verification of same item etc. ) Good overall!! Best customer service !! Fast replies !!!!
