I ordered a product on 8/4/24, have not received any shipping or tracking information. I should have known better when I recieved a confirmation email that the business is a fraud. This is cut and pasted from the contact section of the confirmation email. “Working hours from 8AM – 18AM EST” I’m pretty sure that having only an address with no phone or email support listed with an incorrect understanding of how time is tracked for American business hours is a fair indicator that this is a sham business. Looks like that’s $100 lost to scammers.

I have had quite a few shipments with bad outcomes which I had to fight with CS to resolve all of those times I was offered compensation. I've spent nearly 10 thousand dollars through Superbuy and overall I would say it's okay. Not amazing service but usable and one of the best. Tips: Always buy insurance for items over 200 yuan, don't risk the damage.
I personally had a good experience with them, it surely wasn't perfect but they did their job. My package got their exportation canceled on the first try, but the second one was way cheaper and was delivered on time on a very time sensitive occasion. I had a problem with the photos I solicited, cause they delivered something I didn't ask, but after a brief talk to the support, it was all fixed. I look forward to doing business with them again.
Do not trust this company at all. Just back charge if you haven’t received your product. They will give you hell about it and make you seem like the bad guy but just make sure to have evidence of everything. Don’t even waste your time asking reddit. Reddit is full of weird people who think Superbuy is their BEST friend just because they call them “friend” and “darling” (super unprofessional fyi). Before you back charge, make sure you have no money on your available balance too because they will lock your account.
Everything cost more as written. After order, you need to submit several times to TOP UP and pay for idk what. Customer service is extremely slow. For each question after order is placed you have to wait 3 days. My package was sent and it took 2 weeks until it arrived in my country. Package was seized by custom. I paid for a inssurance and now superbuy wont refund me because they say it was not their problem for a unknown reason. So I lost 300-400 swiss francs and 1 month to wait for it. Buy with another agent. Superbuy is to expensive, they have to less employe to handle that amount of work they have. You will never get your refund, they try everything to avoid to refund.
This is a SCAM company. I have been fighting to get my money back for months. What you see on the initial payment is not the total amount. They have “later fee” which is triple the price of your items. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Don’t trust their reddit site!!

The thing I dislike the most of this company is that they mostly get the shipping and packaging estimate wrong. They would ask for additional charges and if you want to change it would be an additional service fee even thought it was a mistake on their side. This is the only proxy I have ever encountered making this kind of mistake without them trying to own to their mistake but doing additional charges. I hope that you would improve of this because this has happened multiple times already.
I ordered some tires on super buy and never received them. I paid with my credit card and I tried to email them and even wrote a letter. But no response. They will not refund my money. I disputed the transaction with American Express but no luck. Stay away from them. They are a pure scam!

I submitted a parcel for shipping to USA. The parcel never arrived. Tracking information provided by Superbuy indicated the parcel had been seized by USPS for use of counterfeit postage. A call to USPS confirmed. Superbuy blamed the incident on US customs and refused to take any responsibility or stick up for their customer with the logistics company. When I complained to customer service, Superbuy froze my account. What a scam.
It's good for people looking to buy from taobao but know little to no Chinese. The app translates the taobao listings fairly well, and is easy to use. However the downside comes in the form of cost (depending on your local currency). The app charges in usd, which makes the listings slightly more pricey than if they were in RMB. Additionally the shipping is quite expensive for air freight. These added costs take away from the main selling point which is buying cheap things off taobao. If you're able, use taobao instead
