Shady website and practices

I tried purchasing something on Taobao using superbuy. I placed the order and paid for it. Two days later, they tell me the item is out of stock, but my money was not returned. So I had to contact them and ask what’s going on. I logged in to superbuy buy I couldn’t find a record of the order I placed, OR the funds. Very shady people. Their website is clunky. Their english is a little hard to understand. I reached out to PayPal in order to recover my money and superbuy, instead of actually returning the money, sent me a threatening email about how my account will get locked, amongst other things. Just very very shady practices overall. Beware!

Worse Company to deal with

Worse Company to deal with, pay express shipping for the items to get here sooner, but still haven’t receive anything after 5 weeks, send inquiries and they claim because of COVID would running a delay, I order others stuff from a different company from China, with the delay it took 10 days to receive it.

I have to conclude they are really a SCAM!

I have to conclude they are really a scam. They supposedly sent my item, and reported it delivered. I opened a case and complained I not received the item. Superbuy support supposedly started an inquiry, confirmed the item was not delivered, and shipped back to warehouse in China (no explanation why this happened). Next update (can you guess it?) - item was lost. You qualify for x compensation, bla. But since I did not buy insurance for crappy postage service, I get 100 yuan compensation. Never to use your services again, Superbuy! you are a massive scam!

Worst company I've ever used. They sent me another customers order by accident and still haven't refunded me in over a month.

Absolute worst of the worst, I have never seen a service company that can be this bad, they will make you pay a big price for using them. I can only call this company a scam.

It's such a nightmare

It's such a nightmare. They want hundreds of dollars to ship a feather. If you can even get them to do that. And you will spend all night long for weeks trying to get them to do it. So unless you are looking for an incredibly frustrating new hobby, avoid Superbuy at all costs! No material item is worth this.

Pathetic service from SuperBuy

Pathetic service from SuperBuy, I purchased a alarm system from them, 1stly I begged them to send me a invoice with details, they 1st delivered my order to the wrong address that I had to make arrangements to contact the person who collected by getting information from courier company then I had to go collect it myself, 2ndly upto now I have not received a invoice from them and they do not respond to watsapp or emails, upon receiving my order there was 1 sensor missing which I told them about and they didn't care and now when I connected it, I notice the system won't work with the sim option due to stating I need to purchase a gsm antenna of which I then noticed that the security system ANT port screw is missing so there is nothing for me to fit the antenna into... I contacted superbuy regarding this via email and watsapp as there is no number to call and I have not received any response from them.. What a waste of money

Easy experience but horrible shipping rate

I used the company a few times and everything was smooth. However, this year maybe it is the pandemic or they just become greedy, they overcharge $60+ in shipping when comparing the actual shipping rate from the provider. That is just horrible practice. Will not buy from them again.

Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service, I have placed my orders almost more than 1 month, still waiting, back & forth email exchanging but no luck, getting reply that go and check with Post Office whereas the order supposed to be delivered as door to door. I will never ever place any order in future.

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME.

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME. I have ordered from Superbuy a few times, every time it turn out to be a big waste of time. After my order I will receive an order confirmation with the following remarks. "EFT Bank Transfer Payment. Hi we're are verifying your order items, stock is available in Superbuy warehouse ready to be shipped. We will notify you via email to make payment via EFT into our bank account. Superbuy warehouse." After this I will never hear from them again, they don't sent account information or an invoice for payment. A few days later they will mark my order as CANCELLED. At least they don't take my money, but what a waste of time to spending hours searching for products online to then order from Superbuy, or going through their catalog for other items you may need, only to be ignored. A month later I need to re-do all my research, find the products again and order it somewhere else. I have ordered more than R3,800 worth of items from them over six weeks, but apparently it isn't worth any effort from their side to process the orders. Poor quality item/3 week delivery delay

Product was delayed in shipping for 3 weeks, and at one point “lost”. After multiple communications with superbuy and promises of shipping a replacement item, (which they did not do) I received my item damaged. It was also a flimsy not well made item. I contacted superbuy and they advised me to try to fix it myself with a hammer! Returning it was not feasible due to the issues I’d already had with shipping. I decided to keep it, and make use of what I could with the damaged parts. I asked for a 50% refund in which they honored after I sent pictures of the condition of the item upon receipt. I would not purchase from this seller again due to the poor construction of the item and the issues getting the item replaced/refunded.

Good, but prepare to pay alot on postage and possible tax.

The positives: - You do eventually receive the item you wanted from taobao - They show you a couple of real pictures of the item for you to inspect. - The agent I had first time around was nice enough and informed me of what is happening if anything wrong is going on. Very cheap items on what I found, but the postage and possible import tax makes the transaction less appetizing.

Then I had to pay return post at my expense, to return the item that was different from the one I ordered? Thanks for nothing! Superbuy? More like SuperScam! Its a ok company

Its a ok company, they make sure your products doesnt have any type of defects and they help you out if there is any problem. Tho everything is expensive af, Shipping 1 kg is like 30-40 dollars they usually declare your stuff wrong aswell they declared my shoes as sweaters that led to customs charging me 23 dollars for the wrong name. They dont give compensation for anything which is ok considering they are giving service for free. If you buy something for lets say 10 dollars handling fee 1,27+shipping 30+customfee23 it ends up to 60+ bucks in the end.
