I've read a lot of negative reviews about Tinydeal but I have to say that they are not as bad as I thought they might be. I ordered a No.1 X-men phone that was basically junk. It is supposed to be a rugged phone capable of being dropped 10m but the speaker broke when it was dropped from waist height. Tinydeal agreed to replace/repair (as long as I sent it back to China). That was expensive, but that's consumer law - you pay for the return. At first the tracking said that Tinydeal had received the item but they were saying that they had not but after a few days they acknowledged receipt. I asked for a refund instead of a replacement and they gave me 95% of the value in points which I spent (plus a bit of cash) on 2 phones which arrived in about 10 days. Communication can be frustrating but they certainly didn't seem out to rip me off. My biggest lesson learned was never to buy anything made by No.1 Phone.

First off, I haven't made many purchases from Tiny Deal, in fact this was my first purchase. However customer service at this point will deter me from purchasing from Tiny Deal in the future.
I had purchased a Xiaomi MiBand - received the item however up on inspecting the item the band had obvious cosmetic damage to it. Lots of little dings and dents on the face of the unit. I notified TD support right away and there response was less then satisfactory.
1st response: "As the small spots on the watch won't affect the function, however, we can give you 2 USD refund as TD points if you like"
Great! $2 TD points. Wrong - I purchased a product with the intent that it is new and not damaged. Giving me $2 TD points does not give me a me a new product.
2nd response: "Well, you can send it back to us to replace or refund"
The tone of this response just doesn't sit right with me. If you are offering me a refund or able to exchange at least provide me details of how to proceed.
Either way it doesn't matter, as I won't be exchanging, refunding, or requesting $2 TD point credit. I won't be dealing with Tiny Deal in the future due to this recent communications with their support.
There is not doubt there are many happy customers based on other reviews, however, if you ever encounter an issue, I'm not 100% sure Tiny Deal will do their best to resolve it. Many other companies our there will no doubt provide much better assistance.

I purchased a Mi Band from TinyDeal because they had a fair price and offered free shipping to the United States, I had a question about the shipping options since there are a few you can pick from. The live chat representative was very responsive and helpful. Their live chat service seems to always be online which is definitely a positive in my book. I placed my order and it shipped just two days after I placed the order. My order arrived undamaged in less than two weeks, which is plenty fast. I got the Mi Band at the price I ordered it at and it arrived within the estimated time frame. The reviews and pictures section on the product pages are also helpful since they're actual customer pictures which I don't see very often on other retail websites. All in all, I would not hesitate to make future purchases at TinyDeal.

I was sent an obviously used CX-30 that was damaged and with the wrong battery. I was sent a 500mah battery instead of the standard 600mah. The CX-30 was dirty with damaged props., and would randomly turn to the left, or the throttle would randomly die, and the drone would fall from the sky.
I sent TinyDeal customer service pictures of my problem, and of course, they ignored my complaints and refused any attempt to compensate me for sending me a used CX-30 with a weaker battery.
Before that I ordered an orange H12C, and paid for DHL shipping. The H12C was shown to be in stock. TinyDeal didn't ship it out for almost two weeks and several communications with customer service tell me "its ok. it in stock. please wait. ok?"
When I got the H12C, the box was badly damaged, and the quad malfunctioned badly. The return function made the quad fly east until it lost connection with the transmitter, and fall from the sky. The return function could not be turned off. My quad fell into a pond, luckily hitting no one or any property. I flew this thing for a grand total of 3 minutes before it was gone forever. I sent TinyDeal pictures and described my problem, but customer service pretended not to understand the problem, and asked me for video of the problem so their tech team can assist me. Since I can't go back in time and film this defect, their request is either intentionally stupid, or intentionally deceitful.
Two defective quads and an obvious attempt to cheat me from TinyDeal, with no acknowledgement of your mistake. That's a pattern.
The TinyDeal business model is to send you cheap, defective, broken, used, or wrong items, and then waste your time with obviously unhelpful customer service so they can hope to keep your money if you don't file a dispute with your credit card company.

Every item I received looked exactly as it did on the website; the quality and price relation is spot on. Tiny Deal has products that you'll never find by shopping in other stores, it truly has an Asian coolness to it.
