So far I'm not impressed

So far I'm not impressed, I've been waiting more than 6 weeks for an order. Tracking is useless as it hasn't been updated since 2 days after ordering. Now on week 7 still no order and tracking still hasn't been updated.

I payed 286 Euro for suitcases

I payed 286 Euro for suitcases, its an threesome pack. I bought all in all 4. Two for my sister, one my mother and one my brother. One of the suitcases for my brother was defect. I contacted the Callcenter. They send me the adress, and want that i pay for the DHL to Britain which is more than 18 Euro. They send us something defect, let us pay for that and when you want to return it, they will say thats the return policy. Great services !

I had a less than perfect experience…

Tomtop has a great representative in California, USA. For the past couple months I have been emailing Customer service in China with little progress. I almost gave up until a man out of City of industry California changed my mind about Tomtop. The only reason I will continue to order from Tomtop is because of the great help I was given by a more than patient man named Brian Difalco. Brian had to listen to me rant about my frustrations every day (yes every day) for about two months or more. He was very helpful and understanding of my problems and worked very hard at seeing that I was treated fairly. Without Brian Difalco I would have given up on Tomtop. He explained things to me in a way that no other person has with my past experiences with overseas companies. He became very invested and determined to get the issue resolved fairly and in a timely manner. I'm thankful for Brian for I have all but threw in the towel on this matter and felt I was taken advantage of to be honest. Now I see that Tomtop is actually a very good company to order things from. I could have been more patient but now I know there is at least one person willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. Thank you Brian Difalco and Tomtop for the great customer service and my apologies for being so upset at first. The professionalism is top shelf and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks to Mr. Brian Difalco...🤝

more than satisfied

I ordered two things on this site for the first time, a drone and later parts for the same, I wanted to point out that in both cases the products arrived intact so great service! I do not give 5 stars just because in the second shipment I was not able to wait to have a trace of the shipment by ordinary mail, but they replied and reassured me to every email I sent .. thanks TomTop

Ordered ZLRC-906 beast quadcopter

Ordered ZLRC-906 beast quadcopter, came in good condition in it's own box, didn't come inside of shipping box, that I thought was strange. Only complaint I had was it says 8-12 days shipping got mine in 15 days.

TOMTOP will not receive my message of a defective product

I have purchased many items from TOMTOP over the past few years. The main problem I've encountered is in trying to contact them when something is wrong. For example, my purchase of wireless BT earbuds arrived with one earbud DEAD. It did not work. I have tried several times to contact TOMTOP to report this defective product, but each time I try to copy the coded numbers/letters to send my email, the code responds by showing another code...which doesn't work! I have become convinced that TOMTOP doesn't want to hear from its customers. Beware. If you order something and it is defective, you are out of luck with TOMTOP.

Good seller...could be better!!

I bought over a handful of times from Tomtop and apparently them sending products in a padded mailer is the norm. Due to this 3 stars since occasionally the product or products arrive damaged.

I ordered Hohem's iSteady Multi as a…

I ordered Hohem's iSteady Multi as a gimbal for camera from Japan with using DHL and it takes only three days to got it. It better if the freight cost will be cheaper. And there's some dents on the corner of the box, but it is not TOMTOP's matter.

Don't order here +++ or be really patient

Don't order here. Product came damaged and careless repacked. Had to send five mails and a picture of damage to get the adress for return at my delivery fee. DHL international parcel status stopped at Chinese Border, TomTop denied to receive the return and never paid the refund. Addendum: After that review customer care from tomtop took over and tomtop paid the full refund for the order + my own delivery fee. They also said in general they will provide the customer with an electronic version of the RMA in case of return.
