My opinion - use Gearbest or AliExpress. At least you can trust if some happen come - you will get your money back.

The gaming console I ordered arrived quite fast. However, it would not play any of the included games. It took about 10 days and a couple of emails until we figured out that the console was locked for some reason. Then I got a video instruction how to unlock it.
The response time to emails was ok, I missed the first one because google put it into the spam folder.
I ordered a wheelchair cushion over two weeks ago and am yet to even receive a tracking number. Tried calling customer service and after 14 agonizing minutes on hold i gave up

There was a missing piece (connector header) from the product. After contacting them 2-3 times, they told me they would look into it, but they never sent me the part.
I ordered two solar powered led wall lights, and only one worked. The good unit essentially worked right out of the box, and does provide quite a bit of light for such a small unit. The second unit never did work. I left it out in the sun for over a month. (I was traveling) and when I got back on Sept 27th, it still would not function.
I would like a operable replacement and would also like to know how to return this defective unit?

Good value for money but with long shipment and poor support
I have used TomTop many times and can recommend it. It is easy to use on both web and app. The products are as described. I haven't had to complain about any product and ask for their money back guaranty. I am a little unsure on how they will perform there.
Likes:
* Products are as expected
* "Flash sales" and other discounts
* I really like the fact that some items are shipped locally from Europe.
Don't like:
* The shipment can be very long
* You don't know who you are buying from. Is it TomTop or a supplier and who answers a question or complain?
* Questions regarding a specific product cannot be asked from the products page.
