It was a easy checkout experience and I was able to see the product information I wanted to know.
Cautious satisfied customer in Utah
I have placed 3 individual orders with TomTop. All three times the shipping has taken a couple of weeks but the items have arrived quicker than expected. The quality of the items has varied but ultimately I feel like the value has been good. I did have one item that was dead on arrival and the company wanted to offer a partial refund. After repeated frustrating emails they did eventually refund the the item. I have purchased bike accessories, a remote control airplane, Bluetooth headphones, and a few clothing items. I would give 5 stars if I had not had the customer service issue.
Live chat unable to provide useful information
I ordered a picollo on Dec 16 and it has not arrived. Contacting their live chat is a waste of time, with template replies only. I have lost trust that the instrument will ever arrive. I asked to be refunded, but was told I could only be refunded if I return the item. But if the item never arrives.. how do I get a refund? Beware! UPDATE - since posting here, the customer services got in touch with new tracking information, which would have helped initially. The package was lost as the local courier did not have my full address. Luckily my local Hermes courier worked it out just from my name and my town (I may be ordering too much online :) Anyway, good news that the package arrived, but the poor communication / information from the tomtop live chat still stands. It was a frustrating experience and I won't order from them again.

Have wide variety of product
Have wide variety of product, some of these are very hard to find in other web site. Product quality and price are acceptable. Have order some product from this web site and did not find any quality problem. Delivery was prompt and fast and did not face with delivery problem. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

After I published the bad review finally the customer support was able to provide assistance, it took some effort but the problem is solved. In the end I believe they are are trying to do serious business but their customer supporrt is not the best. My recommendation would be: be cautious, use paypal, and expect that if there are problems it might not be straightforward to get them resolved (also don't count too much on the warranty/returns). Weight the pros and cons for yourself (it will be similar with other Chinese online retailers), but the prices is usually pretty good. I have used them again and all went OK. original review: Got delivered a defective product:. A pre-assemble 3d printer which was not possible to assemble because of a 2mm screw hole mismatch. I requested a replacement or a return. Was asked to provide a video of the problem (which I provided) and was told a solution would be provided in 48 hours. After more than a week and two contact attempts from my side,still no response. Will give them a couple of more days and will then request my money back via paypal.

You need lots of patience. I ordered two items on December 2. One of them has a tracking number and still hasn't left China yet. The other doesn't provide any shipping information at all. It said "dispatched" on December 9. Dispatched how? Pony express? I'm changing my score because Tomtop saw this review and managed to escalate the delivery of the two orders. One arrived, and the other is finally out of China and at Chicago.

Excellent delivery with or without track number. Cheap prices during promotion. Communication needs to be improvement - response time is too long. Checkout on two or more items cannot be moved to the next stage. Checkout need to be updated programme to allow all items move to the next stage.

Bad shipping
A week ago i ordered a pair of earphones and I paid for priority shipping so I could get a hold of them within a week. After a week, I still haven’t received anything. For the last 5 days it has been saying it’s “dispatched”. That is so vague! This is what you get for paying more for shipping than the actual product. I regret ordering from this webshop.
