TomTop is 'Tops' For Range, Price & Efficiency

TomTop is an amazing 'gadgets' website and app. It is the archetypical website for the necessary 'unnecessaries' that we all need! Why? Because all their items are well below the price of other online market places and of a very good quality too - and their goods are often already domiciled in the UK so they arrive very quickly for orders on this global website. I stumbled on them because having purchased two electronic bolts (my house has had three attempted burglary incidents - with the useless MET police doing absolutely nothing) I needed a third to fully secure my front door. Amazingly TomTop had the exact same bolts at less than half the price of the other two. Since then I have purchased a 'medical' watch that is simply amazing - you can pay hundreds for an Apple or Samsung 'wearable' but only tens for an equivalent one on TomTop. It's so good I've ordered another one for my partner. My partner is heavily into making films and creates a large number of videos for the dance group she's involved in - so the 'steadycam' purchased from TomTop proved to be simply amazing. If you know the price of full-camera steadycams, you'll be amazed at what they have on their website. If you do your research you'll find that TomTop 'tops' all other retail outlets. TomTop are very (very!) quick to respond to emails (Thank you Alisea!). They keep you posted immediately if there might be a delay and they are completely trustworthy for an international company. So TomTop have my 'first-port-of-call' award - this is not an honour I give lightly - for quality, range and pricing. Completely trustworthy and efficient. So five stars then.

Helpdesk who does a magnificent job

Tomtop's helpdesk does a magnificent job. May take some time to get answers, but they work seriously to suggest solutions. For me, just documenting the problem and suggesting a solution was enough. Problem solved!

TomTop is a reliable company

TomTop is a reliable company. The goods were always delivered in order but I had a bad experience with the quality of the last one.

Changed my order for cheaper items and did not refund the remaining

Bought one 3d print and 5 filaments. Everything went great with the printer, cannot say the same about the filaments. Days after I bought 4 filaments with cost of 9.83 and 1 with the cost of 23.82 I received one email saying that the filament that costs 23.82 is out of stock and discontinued. The item was and still is available on their website, I insisted that I wanted that one and after 8 emails and not a chance of getting what I paid for I have agreed to change that filament for 2 of the 9.83 and I was losing money. Today I received my order and they decided on their own to change a 23.82 filament for 1 9.83 one and call it a day. That’s not what I bought and that’s not what I have agreed with. It’s not much but this company have 14 euros that’s not theirs.

good shopping experience

The purchase was quick and although I had to provide some information for taxes, it was a direct and fast deal...the shipment arrived earlier than expected and the product was exactly as advertised. I liked the purchasing experience and the security and treatment. Recommended for those products that you have a hard time finding or need in large quantities :)
