The control pad that i bought only works with cable. Wireless doesn't work. It seems the pad dont have a battery. Without cable dont have power. They said they could solve it in 72 hours but I've been waiting for 300 hours and nothing. Tomtom refund the money to my bank,account 👍🏻. The seller didn't care

ordered 2 tablets and it is exactly like the previous gentleman wrote. The specs are false, and the system is rooted to show false information. The tablet, 8 gb ram, 256gb , the processor, evrything is fake. the real specs are much lower - cant get the storage size, 3 gb ram, 10 year old mtk processor..... update 10.1.2024. the customer service didnt reply, only the hot desk guys, live chat did. The said they can not allocate my email, even if i sent them 2 mails.Only after sendin 5 printscreens with emails and this review, they said - customer support will contact you..they didnt. Tomtop didnt pull the tablets from the store - tomtop lied again, they are being advertised the same way. Tomtop knows, what tablets are these, and they know about fake,scamming and false advertisement..Do not believe them,as they even lie to your faces with these replies.They are utter liars... I can provide the alleged tablet specs, and i can provide a video disassembling it, and also showing, that nothing is real,in that tablet spec...It barely runs angry birds!!!! Update 15.1.2024 I have agreed to these terms: 50% refund for the fake tablets I can keep both - they will be shortly going to charity - some kids will be happy to at least play some videos on them, youtube works. Im waiting for any confirmation or the money to appear on my account. Has not happened yet.

This company is scammer
This company is scammer Purchased Carote pans and pots set on 1st of December 2023 and received it 4th of January 2024. And the products got damaged and they were in the dirty box directly no original box or anything. They sent me fake Carote pans and pots. Also those got damaged and I couldn’t find any Carote logo on those pans and pots at all. One more thing to tell, it has to be in full silicone turner in the box but wooden turner was in the box instead of it. I told them to make returning and refund. But they don’t accept it. I’ve started talking to my lawyer and will do some action to TOMTOP. Don’t buy anything from them! Their products are totally fake and this company is definitely a scammer. I just wonder why the police suspend their business. They are doing illegal things and There are a bunch of their victims around obviously…

Customer service is a bit slow
Delivery was OK, not quick but time to delivery was OK from german storage altough Aliexpress does the same from china warehouse for orders over 10$. I bought two RC cars (WLtoys) one was faulty after the third moderate use. Tomtop provided no reparation service. However they covered the price of the part to change with a partial refund. Customer service was a bit slow. NB : Changed the review from 3 stars to 4 stars as customer service did address the problem i had with one the product
