Honestly, I was at neat and there was a migration process at Rapyd. I am told that I have to create a new account and everything. So that's what I do. Apparently now I would have to pay $90 a month for pretty much the same stuff I got for free. Then I'm asked to have a meeting by videoconference with a certain Harrison. The guy must have been really in a hurry because after 2 minutes he almost hung up on me. For a first contact with the Rapyd company, it's a total fiasco. What's the point of having a salesperson who makes you want to stop the migration altogether? In the end I will not do the migration and I will find an IBAN with a competitor. It's weird because in Hong Kong we had great customer service... I don't know where these people come from but when you're used to the excellence of Hong Kong you almost want to cry when you arrive in the company Rapyd.
