Bad customer service
I've been a customer for over a year. A few months ago, they changed the app's interface, removing several useful features. I asked for assistance restoring these features, but they didn't provide a satisfactory answer and ignored all my further requests for support. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this team to anyone. If they don't provide support for even these simple things, I can't imagine what would happen in more complex situations.
