温控药物送达时总是温热且已变质
我从 Henry Meds 那里得到了我的药物，这是一种需要冷藏的处方药，但他们总是在周五“隔夜”运送，而我的药物在周一到达时温暖且变质，需要重新运送。这种情况已经连续发生了四次，不管我的要求如何，他们仍然继续破坏药物并危害我的健康。

Taken for a Ride
Purchased phonecase Nov. 12,2025. Money was extracted from my bank same day.It never arrived. They stated it was lost in shipping only shipping company never received item, therefore it was never shipped. Cannot contact Punkcase. AI doesn't work properly, nobody answers phone and mailbox is always full. Contacted BBB and still did not get response from this company. They flat out stole 41.98 from me.

Even though my ordered item was the incorrect one, the support personnel handled the situation quickly and provided the correct item.
