FAQ

Where do the ratings come from?

Scores are on a 1–5 scale, computed from each company's collected review history plus reviews submitted on OK.one. Each company page shows the star breakdown and review count. See our methodology for the full rules.

Does a high score mean a business is trustworthy?

Not by itself. Weigh review volume and distribution: a 4.8 from dozens of reviews is usually weaker evidence than a 4.3 from thousands. If ratings cluster at 1 and 5 with little in between, open the company page and read the critical reviews.

What should I look at first in the reviews?

Start with recent low-star reviews—they best reflect current shipping, quality, and support. Then check whether the business replies to criticism and how specific those replies are. The average score alone is only a historical summary.

How can I spot fake positive reviews?

Fake praise is often vague, bunched in time, and written by accounts with almost no other reviews. Real reviews usually mention concrete situations and timing. We show signals such as each reviewer’s history count to help you judge.

How often is the data updated?

Review data is updated incrementally; user-submitted reviews appear after moderation. Each company page shows when its data was last updated so you can tell if it may be stale.
