I filed and paid the fee in late March and thought my return was filed. I was able to print out and send in my amount due to the state but hadn't received my refund from the federal. I called the IRS and they informed me that I had not filed. I'm hoping my return actually got filed this time.
Super easy to navigate and the results are incredibly fast. The platform is intuitive as well. The only thing that can be improved is knowing before starting the return how much the fee for processing will be. My return was free, which is why I offered to complete my mom's for her, but hers had a fee attached. I only found out after completing all the work. That is why I deducted one star - I was hoping to surprise my mom with a free, easy return.
THIS IS WORSE THAN TURBO TAX I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE AND HAVE RECEIVED NO ASSISTANCE WITH GETTING MY RETURN FILED I KEEP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION THEY KEEP GIVING THE SAME ANSWER THAT DOES NOT HELP ME SO I PAID MY MONEY I ASKED FOR A REFUND SO I CAN FIND ANOTHER MEANS TO FILE MY TAKES. I WANT TO MOVE ON FROM THIS COMPANY AND FIND SOMEONE THAT IS WILLING TO HELP ME I CAN'T CALL AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTLEY WORTHLESS AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME EFFORT AND MONEY PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY SINCE YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING

You charged me $34.95 for a sevice you did not perform. I had to go to another site to get my taxes filed. I DO WANT my $34.95 back. Alen Gasper
