It was extremely complicated to figure out how to use and complete it then I had to creat an account with irs in order to get my AGI which took a really long time since they wanted proof it was me and I had to wait a half hour for a phone call from them. Took me all day to complete all of this!

I appreciate that this is software is available to file my amended return. I think that it is basically simple but I did have a bit of a misunderstanding on how to enter my corrected information. Once I figured out what I needed to do it was fine.

Would have been nice to know all the requirements for the free filing before you get all the way to the filing to find out you do not qualify and you will either have to pay to file or start over someplace else
easy steps to follow
Good price including state filing
Overall was good, easy to understand questions. The navigation could be improved by having a list of items to go back to when you need to make a specific change and not have to start the questions over again. Would like to have live agents to chat with when you have a difficult question on more complex situations. However, I switched from another program I used for years to 1040.com because of its simplicity and lower cost and overall ease of use.
