I FILED MY RETURN WITH 1040.COM. IT DID NOT GET ACCEPTED BECAUSE 1040.COM SAID I MADE TOO MUCH MONEY TO FILE FREE. THEN ALL OF MY INCOME INFORMATION WAS ERASED AND I HAD TO RE ENTER IT.

My returns were rejected because I left out a PIN number. I was able (I hope) to resolve my issue online with the 1040.com program which leads you through the steps required.

Problems, problems, problems!
I had all kinds of problems getting my INDIANA return to be correct. Granted, I had a very complicated return but the steps I had to go through just did not make sense - I had to create a depreciation schedule for my K-1. If I had not had access to partnership return, I would not have been able to do it. I didn't have depreciation - the partnership did!

It is impossible to get a phone number to speak with someone about serious questions concerning the federal and state returns. I got directed to so many different places to access your 'Help' assistance that I finally gave up. I will not be using 1040.com again.
