This was my first time buying and i think there are a lot of areas that you can improve. I had one order cancelled (the same item) because the merchant couldn’t fulfil my order. I did receive a full refund but i lost some because of the currency rate. That’s not a big deal. Then i tried ordering the same item and it went through, even though i chose the free shipping option, i received an email that it will arrive mid august. I sent an email around mid august to ask for my order status and i had no reply until i have to send another email. Couple days later i got a reply that i will receive my package early october and shipping is upgraded to dhl. I did received the goods in early october, packaging is poor though, no bubble wrap or any wrapping of any sort. Some of my goods have dents from the shipping process. So overall i think if the shipping estimation and packaging are not improved, i dont think that i will try buying through 1outlets anytime soon.
Had some issues with my first order. But since they were the only one selling the item that I wanted, I gave it another try. The second time I ordered was great. They kept me updated regarding the status of my order and it was delivered in a reasonable time.

The price quite fair to me but you have to do your home work see other online site as well.
Feedback for the support/administration crew: create for every crew an email address (ie: put each name in front of the current email address) so customer sure everytime served with same crew/officer, to make communication smoother and faster, & anytime can monitor / track the transactions process through the same person before the item hand over to the delivery company.
In general this site help alot when I want to buy something but the original site don't have services to send the item abroad.

my first order went well but...
second and third had to be cancel because of stock management
too bad, i would have give a 5stars, but they are not updating their stock, and i paid for 2 orders before having a mail saying products are out of stock and they refund me
the service is good but this is disapointing
one note though : be patient, my first order arrived 1month after the order

My order was missing as told by 1Outlets. They are offering a choice of replacement to be done asap or get a full refund.
I have opted for the replacement by replying email on the same day of offer given. However, I received their funny reply on the following day. It mentioned that they have approved my request of asking for refund. What a joke!
As stated in thier reply, my request of refund already approved, only wait for my side of issuer bank to update my account, after one week of waiting, my bank informed that no refund is in progress. I need to follow up again with 1Outlets team. I need to wait for another 3 days only 1Outlets sent me an reply that now only they approved my refund. It have take more than one month since my order placed.
P/s: i am paying for DHL e-commerce instead of getting their free postage... But yet, the order is missing. I can't imagine how long i need to wait if i request of FOC shipping.

Sixth update, finally I received the refund from them. Thank you very much from their customer service team for the hard work. Fifth update, I received their email about the refund transaction and written I will be able to track my refund in the next few days or coming statement. Forth update, received an email written the order cancelled and refund approved, need 7 to 30 days to appear my refund into my statement.
Third update, just get an email from them that they do not have the source and two options being given to get from another source without extra charges or cancel the order with refund. I requested to cancel and refund the money to me with an estimate refund date! Second updated, after the first review, I received an email from them and written they will check with the logistic side about my shipment, I wonder why they need to take so long to just reply an email without status!
I had make 2 items order on 16 Aug 18. On 20 Aug 18, I received an email written the estimated time of arrival of my item is on 31 Aug 18. Unfortunately I did not receive anything until today 14 September 18. 3 emails had been sent to them but without reply. Call to their center without anybody answering the call. Is 100% scam company, please avoid this company.

I am greatly relieved that 1 Outlets sg has refunded for two units of Britax Frontier child car seats.Hope I Outlets sg does not repeat such inodinate sales.
I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Great communication initially. I got an email saying my refund had been processed and would take 7 to 30 to show in my account. After 30 days i still had no refund. I sent 3 emails with no response. I thought I had been scammed. But a few days later I got an email saying the refund had been paid and sure enough, the next day the full refund was in my account.
