I payed the extra $15 for the faster service. I was not helped out with the prescription for 6 hours later. I ended up going to the hospital for care. I did not care for the service. I called to receive a refund and the lady said someone from 24 hr doctor would reach out to me via email Monday. I have not received any email. I also messaged on the sight saying I would like a refund and I have not heard anything back.

It was easy and fast. Doctor took care of the prescription I needed in a timely manner. And also took care of setting up discounts for my prescription.

Quick and easy process. At my prescription ready in about three hours great alternative choice instead of directly going to the dentist which within a week if I don’t feel better, I will be going great service.

You gave me the wrong prescription. What you gave me was ofloxacin eardrops. These won't work if my eardrum is intact. I specifically asked for amoxicillin pills. How hard is it to just prescribe me amoxicillin pills and not waste my time.

Check in process was a little lengthy but very simple and easy to understand. The entire process want very affordable and worked just as they said it would. I would do it again

First time using a telemed service
First time using a telemed service. Found a little confusing, no human contact, unless I wanted to pay more. I was pretty sure I knew my condition. Questions asked were pretty general didnt feel diagnosis was personalized, no communication. Sent a pic was was an issue for me. Got meds prescription sent to pharm, within a few hours, unless I wanted to pay more for expedited, with no explanation what diagnosis was, I guess they agreed with me, why meds were given or who to ask. Again, communication was not good.
Bottom line, received care, it was covenient, didn't seem to be thorough, but I have no other experience to compare it with. Service worked but not sure I would use this site again, I would prefer more personalized.

You sent my meds to a pharmacy that I didn’t even ask for. How did that happen and why? It prompted me to put in the pharmacy closest to me based on my zip code. And yet you all still put it at a pharmacy that’s not close to me. Why????
