I am very happy I found this site today.. I am haveing some tooth pain due to a infection and waiting to see the dentist.. this was super fast and easy without having to go to the doctors I got my prescription the same day all I had to due was answer some questions and explaining what I’m feeling. We ended up using another provider because we weren’t getting a response from you. We messaged you twice wondering what was taking so long. I was in terrible pain and the infection was getting worse. My husband used Call On Doc and they had the prescription ready in 15 minutes. We told the pharmacist to keep the prescription you would send. We would like a refund since we had to pay another provider. It shouldn’t have taken you guys hours to send the prescription over! That’s just not acceptable.

The prescription was sent the wrong pharmacy that pharmacy is closed now it's after hours I'm having a hard time getting in touch with someone or the provider or customer service.

After I submitting my condition, my symptoms, they sent me the medication I need it, but that was it. No advice or care in whatsoever. Since I didn’t hear anything from the doctor and of course I had questions, I emailed them multiple times, no answer. Zero. I would definitely not recommend it.

Easiest process hands down! I needed an inhaler for occasional asthma flare ups with persistent coughs. Looked online and found you can only get albuterol with a prescription. Thanks to 24hrdoc that was no issue at all, I got a prescription very quickly!
