I had a very frustrating experience with 24hrdoc. My appointment was about 13 hours ago. I was told my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy, but when I called the pharmacy five hours later, they said they had not received anything. I was repeatedly told it had been sent, but my pharmacy confirmed they still had nothing on file. If there was a delay or technical issue, I wish someone had been honest and communicated that instead of telling me the prescription had already been sent. When you’re sick and waiting on medication, clear and accurate communication is extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and delayed my treatment.

I’m so impressed! I did my visit with 24Hr Doc for a tooth ache at 4:30pm, and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy by 7:30pm that same day! The cost of the “visit” was cheaper than going to a local urgent care with no wait. Super impressed!! I will be back.
