My forth Pacific products
My forth Pacific products. I have multiple properties and began installing ducted hood vents from Pacific. Never had a single problem with any of them quality wise. Customer service is top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended products.
A good but could be better product
The ceiling panel flexes and makes sound when I lightly push up. I think it should have a crossing rib when the panel is being molded. After install the horizontal piece is a little shorter so I can see a gap where it meets the other metal at the right angle. None will affect its performance. After install, I notice a new hardwood floor scratch made by the step ladder about five inch long.

Efficient customer service and installation
Since I am their returning customer and I know what I need, so everything ran smoothly from ordering the item over the phone to the final installation. The technician called in advance to let me know he will be there in about 20 mins. He knows what he's doing, so the whole installation process was about 40-45 mins. I am satisfied with this purchase.

The installer did not show me how to use the range hood. They did not answer any of my questions on how to use it. The answer I receive is you should ask the store where you purchase it.

Everyone that helped me, from visiting the store to get information, placing my order, and the installation was friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to order or purchase any upsell products.
