Production and delivery took way longer than promised. Items showed up 6 days after requested date and after the event we needed these for. They are now not responding to a request for return or refund. There is no phone number to reach them. There is also no indication that this vendor exists in Hong Kong until you get a tracking number. Do not recommend.
We placed our order for a new backdrop and shipped it directly to the show site for a major automotive conference. Upon opening the backdrop, we noticed an ink stain on the fabric. This was the very first time we were seeing the product. We emailed them immediately in which they asked for pictures and videos. We sent both and received a message back that we were outside of the 24 hour return period. We had no way of knowing there was an issue because it was shipped 2 weeks prior to the show start and only had the ability to open when we arrived. What kind of return period is 24 hours anyway?
They will not honor their warranty on the product they sold me.
I received a broken product for a Christmas gift. Neither my child nor I have had any luck getting a response from the company. It was not inexpensive...over $300. I feel bad for my child. They were totally ripped off. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE!
Product arrived with a broken power cord. Continuous tripping of circuit breaker. Contacted company via email because there is not a phone number to call. We were told we have to take a video of the product in the package and send it to them. Seriously!!!!! No where in the return policy does it say it requires a video. As a matter of fact it does say “easy return” on the website. Now we are forced to report fraud because the company will no longer respond. Extremely poor customer service!!!! Will NEVER order from this company again!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
It has been used for about 10 days from opening the box to now, and it has been working very well without any malfunction.It is waterproof as described by the seller. I kept it outdoors this week without any protective cover，It was still used normally after 2 days of rain. It takes 10 seconds to turn on the switch to heat up to the highest temperature. After one minute, the surrounding air will all become hot.It does not have an electric fan, so there is no sound when it is working. Its weight is very light and easy to move.Its iron net can block children's fingers, and it is very safe to avoid scalding accidents. It would be better if the seller made the handle bigger.
