I'd give it less than a 1 if I could. apparently UPS tried to delver and wanted a COD of $30. Never knew who it was from and it got sent back-Somewhere to KY. Found that out through UPS, not the company who NEVER responds to email inquiries. They say they have a Live chat, but they don't. No phone number, no address. Should have done our research in advance. DO NOT Buy from this company. Nearly $400 and we don't know if we will ever see our order.
Ordered a 10x15 red carpet backdrop for an event. Ordered on 6th, it arrived on 20th. It was a combo, printed backdrop and foldable display stand which was sizeable. I believe the print came from china, and the heavy stand was already in the US, and they were combined before they arrived because the tracking info said china/japan/customs for a week, and then all of a sudden it said out for delivery and it arrived perfect. I admit i was hesitant to order from them because of the mixed reviews I had read, but given my time crunch i had to take the gamble and it definitely paid off. In Ohio for reference, so I was definitely concerned about shipping. Hoping this review helps someone in a pinch ease their mind. Happy with the product, the print quality and the transaction as a whole.
If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would have given that. This company is the absolute worst. I ordered a backdrop a few weeks before my event and paid for expedited shipping. At some point the package got stuck in customs, and no one could give me any information as to why or what I could do. Finally, months later, I got a bill from UPS for extra shipping fees. I paid them, and several weeks later -- at this point months after the event -- I received the backdrop. Along the way, the company could give me no information, but assured me that I would get at least some amount of refund once the package arrived. A month later and still no response or refund.
We placed an order and received a heater that was nonfunctional. A replacement unit was sent, and that heater was also defective—neither unit would power on, regardless of the outlet used. These were high-cost items, and we have been unable to use either one. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company since December 6th, it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone or receive a response. We have formally requested a full refund, but the lack of communication and follow-through has made resolution unnecessarily challenging. Given the price point of the product, both the product quality and customer support have fallen well below expectations. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend not using this company.
The company will go to great lengths to get your money. They shipped my package to another person so I could not dispute my credit card and then sent me another package I did not order 3 months later to fight my credit card again from protecting me.
Our banner is great! We love it. It looks just like the artwork we sent in.
The quality of this banner is incredible! The fabric feels almost silky, but it's durable too. It was super simple to put together, and it even arrived a day early.

Great quality fabric and color vibrancy is excellent. In comparison to other trade show pop-up displays this was by far the most affordable. Turnaround time was fast and arrived quicker than expected. We will gladly purchase from 314 Display in the future.

Bought a 20x8 banner and it’s never shown up. Website says 3-7 days it’s been over a month. Terrible company.
I bought 6 heaters for friends and family for Christmas. All of them broke. I returned all heaters within 30 days and they did not return my money and stopped returning emails. Very unprofessional, dishonest and non functional products. Stay away!!!
This Chinese company doesn’t give damn about quality or customers. They changed the file and printed an inferior product, shipped it and refused to change it. It was a rookie mistake that indicates their production department is poor at best. They refuse to communicate past one email that said you get what you get. I would give them a zero out of five. I now see they’re based in China, so expect horrible results. Just look at the other reviews. Wish we had. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
Same as everyone, can’t talk to someone. Email communications are sketchy. Tried to make purchase and site wouldn’t accept credit card so they were suggesting Paypal. Nothing was fluid and decided to go with other supplier but wrote to them about my client experience of not being able to talk to someone and here was their response: We have always been a salesperson to communicate with you, and we have answered your questions and given you an appropriate discount. Our website has also made a lot of customers. I don't need your advice. Thank you. BTW, not all questions were answered…I had several technical questions about the templates without any anwers…
I would give them a ZERO out of 5 if I could! You can contact them but they will quit responding when you ask for a refund. I opened a dispute through paypal. They agreed to refund if I would return the packages to an overseas address. The smaller of the 2 boxes was going to be over $500 alone to return the product to the specified address. Save yourself the headache, don't purchase from here!

Complete bs. There is no customer service phone number. They will ignore your emails. The product is pure garbage. Avoid doing business with this group.
If I could place a zero I would. There is no customer service hence there is NO return policy. They may show one but you will NOT receive one. I have emailed over 20 times to get a response for a refund. Used the product once and emailed the same day I received it. One reply I got from the first email was to show pictures of product. I responded with pics of the product already wrapped up in shippers packaging and ready to go. Since that note...and 19 emails latter. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. Awful! Makes my stomach turn.
