Great Customer service experience
I needed to make a delivery address correction right after I ordered and had a few questions. Customer Service Person, Zephyr, (great name) responded quickly and helpfully. Product was devliered quickly- haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but very excited!

43 inch digital sign
Purchased a 43 inch digital display and my card was charged immediately. I "okay'd" the charge through my credit card company and received a text stating that this company needed a copy of my driver's license, credit card statement and proof of charge before sending my order. I ordered the display thinking that, like Amazon, Best Buy etc..., I would order it and receive my shipment. Now I am struggling to get a refund because I will not send my ID to someone over a text message nor will I send a credit card statement just to make a purchase! Very deceitful company and I have no idea how it has a 4.8 rating. Very shady in my book.

I recently purchased a Photo Booth from them. Jessica and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions quickly, and kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. Shipping was fast, everything arrived exactly as described, and the setup was smooth thanks to her clear communication. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you’re considering purchasing do so! I highly recommend them. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Fast- Knowledgeable -Best Around
5 out of 5 stars! Quick response time, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I was new to the photo booth industry, and Jessica not only helped me narrow down which photo booth would be best for my budget, but also provided software recommendations, iPad recommendations to get me up and running, and even suggested printer options. Jessica’s fast response allowed her to upload my personalized company logo onto my booth and get it shipped out within two weeks. After it wasn’t available locally, she prioritized my order and treated me as a top priority. My equipment arrived as promised, in good condition, and Jessica followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future.

What could have easily been a one-star experience turned into a five-star one entirely because of outstanding customer service. My original photobooth arrived damaged during shipping, and understandably I was very disappointed at first. However, the way this situation was handled completely changed my perspective. Joan, the customer service representative who worked with me, went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. Not only was the issue resolved, but I ultimately received a brand-new replacement that was actually a newer and upgraded version of the model I originally ordered. That level of care and follow-through speaks volumes about the company’s integrity, and especially about Joan’s dedication to customer satisfaction. Because of her persistence, communication, and willingness to truly listen, what could have been a negative experience became an exceptional one. Five stars without hesitation — and special recognition to Joan for turning a problem into a showcase of what great customer service should look like.

Jessica went up and beyond I believe what her duties is I am a very discriminate buyer and she made the process so easy for me to navigate she's a true treasure to her company actually I negotiated with her on and off for probably almost 3 weeks or a month so I can gain confidence in my buying
LCD Touch Screen Kiosk
Overall, we are very satisfied with this kiosk. The unit is very fast and performs smoothly. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate, and the display resolution is high, which makes content look sharp and professional. The main drawback we noticed is the Wi-Fi performance. While the internet connection works very well when using Ethernet, the Wi-Fi speed was not as strong as we expected. This was the only part we didn’t like as much. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Our sales representative, Jessica, was very helpful, responsive, and professional, which made the purchasing experience smooth and positive. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that we would recommend, especially when used with a wired internet connection.

We got a 32 inch rolling TV and it’s just literally the best thing we have ever purchased. So much more convenient than having multiple TVs and small rooms that don’t really need more TVs. Now I can take it from the kitchen over to the garage if I need to do work there, etc.
