I ordered chairs from what I thought was a QVC promotion store. Of course they were never received but they sure took my $58.60 right away! I wish there was a way to put a warning on those sites so after you open them, it should flash and tell you they aren't real! How do you sleep after you just steal from people??
I have a charge on my credit card for something I never ordered and never received. $91.80 I have tried calling the 410-258-4517 Custimer Service number but it's full and no one answers. I want a full refund. I have a tracking number but it's bogus.
I had on my charge card from 37bracelets yet I never ordered anything from them. I questioned the charge and I was told that there are other companies that sell the same jewelry. However, this was not the point! I never placed an order in the first place. After doing some investigating it appears that this company has a connection to Temu and SHEIN. I have ordered from these companies in the past and I’m afraid that my credit card has been compromised. Because I made a few complaints to my credit card company, they closed that account. Be careful with whom you do business!!!
I ordered 3 grandma / granddaughter necklaces. I received those but checking my bank statement I found another order for $84.20. My original order was for$75.28. I DO NOT NEED ANY MORE OF THESE NECKLACES. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS AT LEAST 4 OR 5 TIMES. I AM STILL SEEING THAT THE MONEY WAS CHARGED BUT NO CREDIT. I ordered two chairs and was getting this two more chairs for free. I got a tracking number and it says it was delivered to my address which it was not. Come to find out the tracking site is not legit. It was all fake. Along with the factory outlet store and Toketgift 2406 is fraud.

Stay away. This fake "company" will steal your money. Takes your money and that's the end. You will receive no product. Any email you send will be returned by AI.
I ordered 2 rings on January 4th. I filed a complaint with paypal on January 27th for a refund because according to paypal tracking my order sat in New York for 2 1/2 weeks after I placed my order and then 1 item was shipped to North Carolina and then to Jacksonvlle, FL to City Hall which it was never received there. The other was shipped to Indianapolis and then was supposedly delivered to my mailbox which it was not. I would not recommend anybody to purchase anything from this company because their service and delivery is awful and a scam.
Purchased 2 bracelets December 2nd 2025 and it never arrived. Ivy said it was still in transit because the tracking number they gave me was bogus because it didnt match. Then I emailed Ivy again and she said it was delieverd and I told her I still didnt recieve norhing so she gave me a number for me to locate my purchase when i paid for mailing insurance I will not buy from them again

Took forever for them to provide a tracking number and whenever I demanded a refund, then there was suddenly an update. Finally arrived and there is a spelling mistake on it.
Purchased 2 bracelets at almost $100 a month ago. Still have not received them, and the Australia Post tracking number I was provided is non existent. I emailed 'Ivy' and have yet to get a response. I believe this is a fraud company. They take your money and never ship out your order. They return your email by saying the logistics company lost it. Then another email saying it’s re shipped. Fake shipping number. Product never arrives. Do not order from them!
Awful company. I paid vip shipping for 3-7 days. Day 8 i emaild to cancel order because it wasn't shipped on time. Day 9 I cancelled again because they had an excuse. Day 10 they send me shipping info, I cancelled again. Day 11 I email and I cancelled again. Day 12 they actually ship it and wont accept my cancelation. I already bought 2 more gifts somewhere else to replace them not sending this on time. I dont want or need them any more but says I can't return them. These people suck!!
I ordered my bracelet the end of November. It is now almost the end of December. I live in Idaho (not too far from this companies headquarters). I was provided a shipping update two weeks ago and the tracking number given USPS says it is not a tracking number. The app they have you download to track things on as well says that it is not in their system. I have emailed this company 4 times now and still no response. Not impressed.
Have not received my bracelet after close to a month. No response from company contact.Tracking says held up for unacceptable postage . Have now received a response from 37 bracelets. It was a generic one that they sent to everybody who’s inquiring about their order. Not any help at all.
