Ring isn't what I ordered much darker color ring than advertised...emailed company 37 bracelet and they said it was the lighting and photo angle ...

I find this company is false advertising because not what I ordered way darker than in the picture ...thalassophile ring ...dissapointed

I received this as an anonymous gift. It made me very uncomfortable. It has the name and birth and death year of my son. Please do not send gifts without identifying the sender. It’s creepy and thoughtless. Even if well intentioned. Cannot keep.

Save your money

Took forever to receive the necklace and the wrong necklace was shipped. The quality is not very good. It comes shipped in a box with chain not even attached. There’s an option to have it shipped from the states for an extra $2.00 which was ignored and shipped from China. On top of that a tariff charge was passed on to me. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!Sac

I ordered a " I am not a widow" bracelet and it took over a month to finally receive it and when I did, I looks nothing like the ones on the website, that would be falsify a business!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE STUPID CON CHINA SCUM BAGS!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR SHITY CHEAP CRAP!!!!! YOU CAN NOT SEE MY HUSBAND'S NAME OR THE WINGS ON THE BRACELET. I ordered a ring 11/24/24 it’s 1/14/25…

I ordered a ring 11/24/24 it’s 1/14/25 I still do not have my ring and the shipping info states it was in Tennessee 12/31/24 I have reported them to the BBB and I’m the process of obtaining an attorney !!! All they tell me is it’s in transit 🤬 DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Ordered two items first of November

Ordered two items first of November, still don't have them. They told me to go yo Post Office to retrieve them, or I could send additional shipping costs and they would send them again I'm not doing that and will never oder from them again. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered anything.

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. If I could give a half star I would and that would be only because it eventually arrived. It was late and I had express delivery. I didn't get one of the items, and the Grandmother's ring looks NOTHING like advertised. You can't even see the birthstone rings. I paid almost $150 for mistakes, missing items and pure frustration and I'm sure I won't get the money back for the bracelet I'm missing! Worst online ordering experience ever!

I ordered the granddaughter bracelet and it was delivered to the wrong apartment building and apartment door. They sent pictures of those after delivery. I Emailed them a photo of my apartment door but get no response. I keep emailing with them that I didn’t get the package & all they say it was delivered!!!! My next move will be to open a dispute with Pay Pay. I will never order again from an Instagram or FB ad.

I spent $123 with this company

I spent $123 with this company. I wrote them multiple times to tell them they sent me the grandson bracelet with a “granddaughter” card sealed in with it. Ivy the service rep went back and forth in 6 emails ( so far) asking how my other products were. All I asked for was them to mail me a grandson enclosure card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE because if they are wrong, they won’t help you!!

I think it’s unfair I bought 8 of those bracelets they are very pretty but now you are offering free boxes that are gorgeous when you buy a single bracelet. I just received my bracelets last week and you couldn’t even surprise me or be courteous enough to send me some boxes. Thanks I won’t be buying anything else from you I feel cheated.

Scam artist in my book

So I received a response and they resent my bracelets but they are still incorrect. They are the same as the first ones I received. It say a 30 day money baaack guarantee. I asked for my money back. No response yet. I will NEVER use this company again. I feel I have been scammed!

The second bracelet I purchased from 37…

The second bracelet I purchased from 37 bracelet just broke and can’t be repaired. That makes bracelet number two. It was said to be sterling silver, but the jeweler said it was stainless steel. The quality of the bracelets is awful. If you buy a bracelet from 37 bracelet, it will break, and if it doesn’t, that would be shocking. Clearly, I will never buy from them again. Such a ware of money!

Didn’t last long!

Loved my ring that was engraved. The dark coloring in the engraved part went away quickly and the the ring took on a tarnished look but it wasn’t tarnish. Disappointed!

I ordered mother and daughter bracelet 10 days ago .They said it would be here within 10 days and it hasn't even been shipped out. This company is a scam . I sent them 3 messages and haven't got response .The customer service number doesn't even work. Shoppers beware .....

I ordered 3 bracelets and only received 2. I tried contacting the company through the given email and no one has responded. I guess I’m just out the $30 for the missing bracelet? If I could give negative stars, I would!

Heart shaped charms

I must admit I was sceptical about ordering a charms from this company as the advert was a pop up whilst playing a game. I browsed the site and ordered 8 heart charms engraved with names and embellished with their coordinating birth stone. They arrived quite quickly and are lovely. I'm ordering more now to complete the family.

Brought this ring in remembrance of my dad and grandad and the picture didn’t even fill the ring looks disgusting it can’t be worn as it looks odd please avoid them look at all the other reviews Oh and I put PayPal claim in and it got favoured to them so I have a tacky ring and no money
