Definitely would not recommend this business. Ordered 3 bracelets for Xmas gifts and they have not arrived. Tracking app says no word on the orders for 2 weeks. I've emailed twice with no response. This place is a total ripoff.
Customer service did not review picture of my order versus what the shipped.
Customer service did respond. I received the WRONG BRACELETS. I actually sent pictures of what I received (versus what I ordered). Not even close to my confirmed order. After sending the pictures they told me there was nothing wrong with what I received. Obviously the person reviewing the pictures was either blind or didn’t have her/his glasses on. The customer service for this company is horrible.
Hate this company
I completely screwed up and did not read the reviews. I completely hate this ring. As pictured in the original photos, it would be small and petite. When I received the item it covered almost my entire top of my finger. I loved the thought of it. I attempted to get a refund or return the item and they refused. I have now spent three weeks dealing with them to tell me I will not get anything out of it. I will not get a refund. On top of that my very first order they lost. My transaction told me I never placed an order when I had a sales receipt from the credit card I used I am extremely not OK with this company and the way they function.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased 2 bracelets for my sons for Christmas on December 3. The only email I’ve received is to confirm the order. I used the tracking app but there have been no updates since December 18. I’ve emailed customer support several times but have not received a response. Save your money folks…..
Mother/daughter bracelet …
I ordered two mother daughter bracelets for Christmas for my daughter and myself. I got the bracelets but the quality was not what they appeared in the ad. I gave my daughter the bracelet yesterday 12/25/23 and one of the stones fell out about an hour later. I’ll never buy from this company again. Very, very unhappy

I ordered 2 bracelets November 27th. Have not received tracking has been in lax for 2 weeks. No reply to my contacts with customer service. I'm disputing the charges and reporting. Don't use this site scam
POOR
Placed an order, no idea if it’s ever going to arrive as the tracking number doesn’t work with their Tracker program. Sent emails and no one is responding. Really poor — doubt I’ll order from this company again.
One last gift
I recieved my ring today and the date was perfect. I’m so happy. I just lost my hubby after 40 yrs on April 30 2023. And I bought it for myself for Christmas. He would buy me jewelry every year for Christmas. This little silver ring has continued that for at least this Christmas

I ordered my bracelet back in November still haven't recieved it. Sent numerous emails no response back. I have the tracking but been in LAX for 2 weeks now and they will not respond back to me if I don't receive I will dispute the charges

Deceptive
I ordered a 5 stone birthstone ring. Only 3 stones was what I ordered. They argued that the turquoise they provided was blue zircon which clearly it wasn’t. The aquamarine was white and rough side up and not worth looking at. I would not buy again from them and looking at the poor reviews most people are of the same opinion. They take your money but cannot commit to your true order.

The bracelet is amazing! Super high quality. However, it does look its best on people with thin wrists like mine because you cannot adjust it. If I could make it tighter it would be perfect!

Gave this as a gift and it was a hit! It is super cute and you can put the tree or not depending on how simplistic you want it to look. I loved it when I opened it and was very happy to be able to give it as a gift.
Too big
Nice ring. Just too big for my 8 year old Granddaughter! Afraid it would break if I tried to adjust to her size! Great for a teenager!

The "charm" on the necklace is very flimsy. It would be all right for a child but not a 50 year old woman. I'm vey disappointed.
