Very good customer service. Custom-level responses and very quickly at that. Quality of the item is superb (presuming you are using an HD image of course). I'm looking through my images for another crystal to order, but for myself now, instead of for my parents' 50th anniversary.

This is my 3rd order. Depending on the photo used, these can be great generational keepsakes. They always look amazing and are gifts that make the recipient cry. Kat was a great help this time around as I questioned if the photo was good enough quality.

My experience with 3D Crystal has been phenomenal.
The Crystal itself is absolutely beautiful.
I just can’t say enough about the customer service team. They are very knowledgeable and walked me through the ordering process and stayed in touch while I was waiting for my crystals.
