I don’t even know where to begin
I don’t even know where to begin. I’m pleased with so many things about this company, their attention to detail and level of enhancement to really make my image come to life in their crystal. I had such an obscure order and I genuinely had doubts that my vision would be matched, and these folks really went beyond my expectations. The also delivered exactly within the timeframe promised. Honoring a promise is my literal love language hahaha! I’m a huge critic of quality controls and communication. I need assurance that if something doesn’t look right, I have some recourse, and I’m pleased to see that I was working with real people and not just a factory somewhere in the eastern hemisphere with zero support structure. I’d recommend this company to anyone. You folks have set a high bar, and I want to send my thanks from Texas. Great, great, great job!!
Thank you so much for the kind words, this truly means a lot to our team. We’re really glad we could bring your vision to life and deliver exactly as promised. Your trust and recommendation are greatly appreciated. Hope to work with you again soon! – 3D Crystal Team 💎💎
