If you are looking for a place to buy something cheap, it's the right place but you better be lucky to not have any problem at all because 3FVape Customer service is just made of liers and scammers.
I've bought 2 OBS crius II Rta dual coil versions, both defective due to bad machining I guess, as the threadings where you screw the deck inside the deck are not working as it should, I can't attach the deck to the tank so I can't you both RTA.
They made me do 4 differents videos, each time telling me to wait 3 to 5 days so they could find a solution with the manufacturer, each time sorry we empathise... ect ect..
In the end, as I always pay with PayPal I asked a refund with PayPal Customer Protection, which after a week, 3FVape respond and told PayPal: We disagree with this.
No proof, no arguments, nothing at all and as I sent all my videos and photos to PayPal they saw that indeed, I was in my right as products were defective to ask a refund.
This is where 3Fvape started to tell me: If you send us 5$ to cover shipping, we'll replace both RTA (which, they didn't wanted before). But PayPal notified them that they were on my side, and that I was going to send back the products so as I live in Europe it's between 26 to 30 euros to send anything there.
3FVape decided that they were going to lose money for being dumb and asked me nicely to not ship anything. Too bad for them, it was already shipped.
So they told me that I would have to be patient because it would take 1 to 2 Months to get to China (but even with customs checking, it will take only 2 weeks with my shipping method)
So in the end, I'll never but ANYTHING from them at all, STAY away from that company, there are other places out there that will never try to scam you.
Read the reviews about the terrible shipping and customer service but decided to give it a go and guess what?reviews were not wrong.
First of,bought items with 24 hours ship sticker, meaning shipped within 24 hours.24 hours later nothing is shipped.
Sent them an email and half incoherent response.
6 days later, items still not shipped.

This company is a bunch of scam artists, they will try to sell you some other peace of s**t clone rather than give you a refund have been fighting with them for a few days now, caution to anyone who wants to do business with them

The seem to ship a bit slower I think that is depending on the postal company they use
And sometimes it takes quite long for them to ship the goods
Customer services could be a lot better
These guys advertised as if the mod combo I bought came with batteries. When I received it they did not have batteries. I wrote them and they tell me they are not included. I honestly believe they added the “nit inckuded” words to the page after my complaint to them. I never saw it before. Even if they did not add it, the description makes it look like they are included and it only says in one spot at the very bottom, all of the sudden, that the batteries are not included. Very deceitful way to do business and I will never use them again, nor would I suggest anyone else do so.
I wish that I could attach pictures to this so they dont go changing more of it to cover their butts. I do have the pictures just in case though, and below I have copy and pasted the description as it is in the 3-4 different places on the product page right now: “Authentic SMOKTech SMOK Mag 225W TC VW Mod + TFV12 Prince Tank Kit - Black Prism, 6~225W, 2 x 18650, 8ml, 28mm Diameter”. It clearly states 2 x 18650 indicating that the batteries are included, and this description is in several places on the product page, except now there is one spot at the very bottom that is the only spot where it says (not included) next to the batteries. Also I truly believe, again, this was added only after I complained about not receiving them.
Received a faulty knock off product from 3fVape, and needless to say the customer service was appalling.
Their 'solutions' took over a week to come to me and were of no use/help.
After sending them numerous videos of the problem, they then insisted I find out how much return shipping was.....
After over 2 weeks I gave up.
Avoid this site at all costs.
Spend a little more and buy from genuine retailers.
Absolute poor customer service. Received a faulty product, sent 3 different videos of the product not working and they would only offer me 5usd. Even tho twice I had asked to return it for a replacement. They then tricked me into opening a PayPal dispute which now means they won't pay for the return delivery. Star clear of this company! I've got all messages saved as proof. Will never use again.
Do not buy from this company. They are not reliable and will lie to you with a smile on their faces. I ordered over $200 in gear and paid a lot extra for expedited shipping and handling. I am now dealing with PayPal to get my money back. 3FVape doesn't even answer my emails anymore and stretch the PayPal dispute system to the last day before they respond. I hope people read this and don't make the same mistake I did. You will get screwed over again and again.
i ordered on1st july and they shipped at 4th july even my whole items are 24h shipping
than i wanted things to arrive and nothing arrived on 1st august i wrote them about my order they asked me to wait 15 days if nothing happens they will refund i said ok
waited another 15 days and nothing arrived so i wrote them again and now they are making the process slower they are offering 7 dollar %15 compensation and not refunding and they said if you want you can escalate a claim on paypal
that will only make the process slower thats all they are not refunding my money and not keeping their words
A bit slow to solve the issue but they corrected the problem.
I purchased a vape product from this website. Shipping time was good and I received the item within 2 weeks or so...from China to USA. After using the product just a few times the item started malfunctioning and I reported this to them. They made me send pictures and upload a video of the problem. This is considered a little too much by USA standards but I agreed since this was an International order. They kept telling me they had sent the issue to the manufacturer and I waited a week to hear back. After this period I advised them I would start a paypal dispute if the malfunctioning item problem was not solved. They moved very quickly after Paypal dispute and sent me a new item. Customer service could be better but they came through in the end.
