What people say
Reliable and professional experience
What impressed me most was the consistency throughout the entire process, from communication to delivery and final quality. Timelines were clear, updates were accurate, and the finished product matched expectations perfectly, which made the whole experience feel very trustworthy
Unexpected, unattractive and sloppy.
Based on 3HLinen’s positive reviews, I ordered their 84” natural linen shower curtain. I paid extra for the heavy weight linen and metal grommets as I loved the advertised look and needed the extra length. Unfortunately when the curtain arrived, it looked as though two shower curtains had been sewn together. The center seam is unexpected, unattractive and sloppy. Definitely disappointed. I contacted customer service requesting return and refund or exchange. I have not heard back.
Perfect custom fit
I ordered custom sizing and was nervous about measurements, but everything arrived exactly right. The fit is precise and the overall look feels like something from a designer showroom.
From unboxing to installation
From unboxing to installation, everything felt premium. The fabric has a lovely weight, the stitching is flawless, and they hang perfectly without fuss.
Elegant and practical balance
These curtains have that rare balance of being both elegant and practical. They look refined, but they also actually work with great light control and noticeable insulation.

I ordered blackout curtains for my bedroom and they worked out great. The linen looks beautiful, the blackout lining does its job, and the whole process was easy and smooth thanks to the team.
I’m really enjoying my new drapes
I’m really enjoying my new drapes. They block light well, feel soft, and look elegant in the room. Ordering was simple and customer support was friendly and helpful.
No response about order
It has been two weeks, and no word from the company about my order. I've emailed twice and called repeatedly but no answer. Haven't been able to get through to anyone.
Better than store-bought
The quality is noticeably higher than typical ready-made curtains and feels much more refined.
Worth choosing custom
Ordering a custom-made item was absolutely worth it, and the final result exceeded expectations both in quality and overall finish. The delivery was faster than anticipated for a bespoke piece, which made the experience even better.
Totally Worth It
In my 78 years of living, this linen bedding surpasses all, even luxury hotel linen in Japan. I am a textile artist showing in the Torpedo Factory. So I know my fabrics. Further, the execution by the seamstresses is perfection. Vicky was responsive and kept me informed of the progress of my custom order. I will purchase again and highly recommend this luxury company. Get it, You are worth it!

I really appreciate how breathable and natural the linen feels. It allows daylight to filter through gently, creating a soft and calming atmosphere, while still offering enough privacy for everyday living. The balance between light and coverage is just right, making the space feel open yet comfortable.
Beautiful, natural color that blends effortlessly
The color in real life is soft, natural, and very refined. It doesn’t look flat or artificial and works beautifully with both neutral and warmer tones in my interior. What I love most is how easily it blends into the space while still adding depth and character. It looks even better than I expected based on the photos.
