Three shell buttons came off the duvet during a bedding cycle wash, and a few more became loose after drying. While that was a little disappointing, the fabric itself feels beautiful, soft, and high quality. The duvet looks great on the bed and the overall craftsmanship is good. I only wish the buttons had been attached more securely. Aside from that issue, I am happy with the purchase and would consider ordering again.
I placed my order for a linen sheet £124 on 20th July, it’s now 5 August!! My guests have been and gone!! Bitterly disappointed.. Still waiting to hear back from company !! I researched this company and went by trustpilot reviews 4* rating but I’ve had 1* disappointment!!

I ordered a curtain color sample pack and it was well worth it! It comes with a sample of the sheer, linen, heavy linen and black out options and provides many color options. I chose the neutral color pack option. It has been so helpful to hold up against our front door window to decide which works best in weighing out privacy vs transparency/light. We have taken our time and narrowed it to 2 options and I have to say that without this sample pack, I would have ordered the wrong one! So happy with this company so far.
Absolutely maddening customer service. I asked a simple enquiry about the thickness of the linen, and after they answered, they followed up with multiple emails pleading for me to consider purchasing curtains, and offering to 'adjust the offer' if price was an issue. So I responded to them telling them that while the curtains are affordable enough, when you add basic additions like cotton lining, it does so with a fixed cost that differs wildly from product to product, i.e., the same curtains with identical size and almost identical style produced two quotes with over 70 dollars price difference despite being the exact price before backing/heavier cotton options. Now, to me, that's a pretty easy problem to rectify: offer the would-be customer a quick custom quote, at least matching the lower quoted price. Instead, the person I spoke to from the company engaged in a two-week-long back and forth with me, seeming to not even understand what I was saying, but also essentially arguing with me to try convince me there are no inconsistencies or issues with their pricing. To top things off, during this frustrating back and forth, they hiked up their prices! If I then wanted to purchase curtains from this company, I would have punished with a price hike due to a back and forth caused by their own customer service! Forget that! I'll get a roller blind!
I am looking forward to another set of sheets and duvet cover, this time for a queen bed. 3HLinen will pre-wash for me. I like the colors and heft of their linen, and the Noren and panel curtains I have are well-made. I ordered a roman shade as "relaxed." It might be the cotton privacy lining that I requested makes it a little too stiff to drape much, and I have since decided that I am fine with the look as-is. Customer service and I have corresponded, and 3HLinen says they have worked on improvements.
I was really fearful when I ordered my Bed skirt that it would be an inferior quality that did not fit well and I would have to return it. It turned out just the opposite. It’s a beautiful quality and fits extremely well. Very happy!

Well, there's two things. The product selection and quality are top-notch. I needed curtains with excellent insulating features and 3H Linen had them in attractive colors to match (or offset) a yellow dining room. So the customer is getting a lot of bang for the buck. Secondly, the customer service is spectacular! I had my curtains custom made, given an odd-sized double window. I received excellent advice regarding length and width, clear explanations as to how to take the measurements, with every nuance considered. The result was an absolutely perfect fit for the window and a room-enhancing look. So, this customer's experience was not only successful, but delightful as well.
Love, Love, Love Purchased a duvet cover and 3 Euro shams for a bed update. I also have a linen duvet from a large national company in all the malls. The PB duvet is nice but for about the same cost, my 3hlinen is way superior. I’m not sure I’ll want to use the PB one again. The 3H duvet is definitely more luxurious and softer plus it doesn’t seem to wrinkle up as much. Communication and shipping was also top notch. From now on I will be using 3H for all my linen needs.
I was so happy finding this company online. I have been looking for an extra long shower curtain to no avail, so to find a company that can custom make one out of beautiful linen fabric was a great find. I wasn’t sure of the color I needed via the online photos, so I sent for the free sample fabric swatches. They arrived in just a few days. So many beautiful colors, and wonderful texture! I know I’m going to be quite pleased with the finished product.
Here's a story...about customer service. I placed an order for Roman Shades on Feb 8. I was unaware that production is located in Poland (my fault for not researching before I ordered). The shipment arrived via Fed Ex to the US in a few days, post production. Fed Ex let both me and 3HLinen down. The shipment sat in Memphis for days upon end, without an answer for why. 3HLinen communicated throughout the delay and even reimbursed me for the extra fee I had paid for faster delivery. I was very unhappy at the start of the delay, but by the time I received my order, I realized how excellent the customer service was. Fed Ex, on the other hand-just be aware of international shipping issues with them. The shades are very high quality and attractive.
