Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the remarkably fast download speeds and the consistently high quality of the saved media files. People also mention that the software application is exceptionally user-friendly and convenient for daily tasks and educational needs. However, some people mentioned that downloading videos from certain platforms can occasionally fail or unexpectedly stop working. A few reviewers were dissatisfied with the restrictive daily download limits and the relatively slow conversion speeds experienced during use. Users also noted that extra steps like copying and pasting URLs manually can make the interface feel a bit clunky.

This company isn't interested in making your life easier... You buy a product without really knowing the truth and the little details. In the end, I'm not satisfied with the product or the customer service.

Thank you for your feedback — this shouldn’t happen. Please contact our support team so we can help: https://www.4kdownload.com/contacts. Include your app version, OS, a few Bilibili links, and (if possible) a log file and a screenshot of the incorrect file size/error. We’ll investigate and assist you, and we hope once it’s resolved you’ll consider updating your rating to a higher one.

That’s great to hear — thank you for your support!
Thanks for sharing your experience!
Thank you for choosing us — we’re pleased it’s been intuitive.
