Let me say I have worked with 4 Over for several years and I have referred many customers because I have always been happy with the products and service I have received.
I recently placed a small order and had a printing issue with it. The customer service I received was very good exempt for one person (I will I refrain from mentioning their name here) that was really horrible.

4Over has let us down frequently. Missed commitment dates, software glitches, and inconsistent quality. But absolutely most important is the awful customer service. No access to a CS manager, and the agents are not trained in customer retention. They automatically assume everything is the customer’s fault, and refuse to take accountability for anything. Imagine how great their business growth would be if they knew how to treat customers.

The last order had very goo color control of difficult dark color. In this case the plate and press settings are dead on. Another thing for the most you do a good job of is cutting. We over 45 years of cutting I understand the fine art of cutting. Poor cutting can ruin a great printing job. We die cut many of the post card jobs you print do a lack of movement caused by poor cutting is a big deal

I reorder cards. Click on the website that show the artwork. Click on reorder. Went through all the pages & paid for the order. Somehow the artwork is not on the server. Didn't know this until I check on the website. My other order that for new business cards were shipped. Very unhappy with website.
