Business Card Disaster Averted!
I received my new business cards and was horrified at how they looked. I used the chat feature on the website and was connected to John Paul. Not only did he alleviate my concerns, he helped me to execute a re-order in the most professional way I have ever experienced.
Within 20 mins I had a fresh design, improved font size and a QR code added to my order. John was exceptional and the best example of customer service excellence I have ever experienced. Well done VistaPrint for having John on your team!

I have been using Vista Print for Over 10 years. I have NEVER had an issue with their company, customer service or any of their products. They have FANTASTIC DEALS, regardless if you are a first time cutomer or a long time customer like myself. I used them to create business cards for multiple endeavors, for myself. friends, associates, my daughter, etc. I have used them to create Wedding Invitations, Thank You cards, Custom Tote Bags & much much more. You won't be sorry for using this company. I know that I never have been.

I have been with Vistaprint for decades under different emails and company names. While local printers are viable and deserve work, for my buck, the product and the customer service give me the most bang for my buck! You have great support agents, and while the price point is high for each order, I do come away as a satisfied customer.

Have used Vistaprint for years and have always had a great experience with them! Recently received some cards that I ended up needing re-printed, I knew before even reaching out that they would help, but was still oh-so-pleasantly surprised to see how they handled it. I have full confidence in them and am so excited to recieve my new cards, have nothing but good things to say about vistaprint! Customer service was excellent, and only needed to contact them once out of years of off and on orders from them- only one issue and despite that my extremely positive opinion of Vistaprint has not changed :) Most definitely will continue to order through them as needed, didn't even feel the need to wait to see my replacement cards before writing the review. Super fast and easy support. I placed an order for my husband's business cards at the end of 2024 and he is just now getting towards the end of the box when he found about 30 misprinted cards. We spoke with support and upon receiving a photo of the misprinted cards, they agreed that there was an error and replaced the whole box. Fast, easy, no hassle, and we should have the replacements in less than a week. They make fixing errors very simple for the customer. Thanks VP ☺️

Very fast printing and shipping. In a matter of days you can have your design created, printed and delivered at you door.
We had a video call with the designer and she was really professional and knew exactly what I wanted and applied changes as requested on the spot by sharing her screen. Really good experience. This is the second time I use this service and I will use it again.

We've been using VistaPrint for a number of years and we really appreciate the quality of the products and the timeliness of delivery. As I told my (now) Personal Advisor, Samantha, the only thing Vista does not provide are the Mailing Services to market to our local "farming" areas. This would be a wonderful service. We send magnetic baseball and football schedules every year and would love to be able to use VistaPrint!

Customer support was terrible. I placed my order and was given a delivery date two weeks out. That date then got pushed back to three weeks. Then, just three days before I was finally supposed to receive it, the order was canceled no real explanation given. When I contacted customer support, they couldn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Their first move was to credit the amount back as Vistaprint store credit, meaning I'd have to spend it on another Vistaprint purchase rather than get my money back. Only after pushing back and going through some back-and-forth did they agree to refund the full amount to my original payment method. Two delays, a last-minute cancellation, and a fight just to get my own money back not the experience I expected. If you're on a deadline, I'd think twice before ordering here.

Working on a t-shirt design for work. I had some hiccups with removing background and reached out for some assistance. Bryan Ken N (who I was connected with via chat) was pleasant and supportive, helping to fix the situation that I could not.
